Jose came outside to create me a new key fob since I lost my other ones. He was there 30 min after I predicted in! He made me an extra one for a different vehicle too while he was there. I'd have paid double what he charged me. Thank you Jose!!

5 min later I received a phone call from the business to notify me" we no longer will service you" - I wasn't going to return for service which can't be done.
Second, the technician was not very proficient. It took him 3 attempts ( unsuccessful) to make a duplicate of the car key in one hour! I had other responsibilities and told him I can wait till he figure out how to create that essential backup. He said"ok" and walked off.
I called to make an appointment- wasn't told the store adres is very different compared to the one supplied here, so along with 20 min drive I needed to drive the next 25 to get to the ideal place.
Unprofessional and poor service.

They did a great job. I called to get a quotation, they could send a tech within the next couple hours (this is a non-emergency). The Tech was on speedy and time in rekeying one lock and substituting another! Great job!

These men responded with a quote over about a minute of me requesting one. They're professional, friendly, and timely. Youthink between those and the great provider and've seen their ads, they need to be super expensive. Nope! They got me and cut out a new key in a similar price to other businesses who took to get back to me and lent me more wait times. There was a small delay when they understood I had a cut that is key. The van for this job was getting serviced but Issac personally went to find the van and drove into my car as quickly as possible.

Beware of the company. Their price to open my door was 193.71. They created damages into the current cylinder and cam therefore the lock broke within the month, then they said that the Mechanism was busted. Unbeknown to them I had the Mechanism replaced and was advised by Condo Manager that this tact is great for ten years. Very lousy direction. Terrible service When something is braked by them they'll want you to pay for their damages.

Excellent job. Jose and isaac were prompt and did a fantastic job replacing a very old lock that was an unusual set up. I recommend them to everybody.

Because I locked myself out of my residence, I called this business. The owner supplied an estimate of when my home would be arrived at by him and was so friendly, easy to work with. He had been on time, immediately solved my issue, and was a joy. I would use this business .

Needed to have a couple keys duplicated on a Sunday so we discovered this place and looked. The moment the door opened, someone stepped out to help us out.
In a matter of 5 minuteswe had our new keys and we were outside! While we waited we were offered water. This was as good as it gets. I would return.

I needed my private box changed and I chose this company because they were the cheapest of the businesses that were locksmith that were personal and they had a locksmith immediately ready to come to my building and change the lock. I purchased my mailbox from home Depot and the locksmith completed his job in 20 min.

Don't hire these guys, they set up faulty gear. I brought them into rehab the intercom/door buzzer system in my 4-unit building. They did this job--replaced wiring, place in a speaker, spruced up the machine to the tune of $562. Alright, an adequate quantity of cash but the machine needed work. However, four weeks after (to the day), the same problems returned. Called them back. The next tech found the problem immediately Bad speaker--$207. We'll provide you a faithful customer discount that is 10%. That is the best we could do." Loyal? I think not. The tech guy was fantastic, the firm was not. Their equipment lasted. The prior equipment lasted 20 decades. Sayonara.

Super beneficial and fast! It not economical to acquire a keypad lock but MAN it is suitable for someone who loses their keys all of the time.

We called a inexpensive locksmith and were locked out of this flat on a Saturday night. He took about two hours to achieve (after promising to achieve 20 minutes) and then tried to get us for about 40 minutes with no luck (how shocking, if have guessed this by the very low pricing, no warranty coverage, and also his lack of some professional apparel, unless you call saggy jeans and vulnerable boxers professional attire). Anyways, on Sunday morning, still locked from the flat, we phoned The Professional Locksmith and they sent us someone (his name is David) in about 6 minutes. He was productive, friendly, and nice. It took him about two and a half an hour to get us! The price was reasonable and the hassle free entry back house was priceless! And he had been dressed professionally, which assisted us feel about somebody helping us split in:-P.
Though prior to leaving house again, I swear to always check, I swear I will never, EVER call another locksmith EVER! These people know exactly what they're referring to and don't add stress! David was amazing and left no harm to even the lock, the trim, or the doorway.

Excellent! I locked myself out this afternoon rushing for nowhere. They and and foremost first arrived in 10 minutes to help out me. Bobby came to my rescue. He was without drilling my own lock, quite pleasant and considerate and ready to assist me he can. Just so everyone will be about 200 dollars or alittle over compared to that! AAAAAAhhhhhhmazing. Avishay reaches out within minutes with up pricing. It was not a problem exactly the exact same day to come out along with the scheduling fella was super nice and accommodating. David, our locksmith, was DYNAMITE. Our cylinder quickly and then adapting the lock which no locksmith has been able to do within the 14 decades of alive was replaced by him. Miracleworker! He tweaked a little issue with the front doorway which was likely no big deal to him... but HUGE to people. My kids and he was pleasant and engaging with them. Again 10 !

Heather and david rekeyed my door handleset with short note! All I did was phone beforehand and within 15 minutes they had been helpful and provided excellent service!!!

Our three condominium construction had intercom issues and door that needed fixing. I was able to schedule someone to come out the following day and called on a Friday afternoon. Mario came on Saturday and he got to perform, after walking him through the issues. He also fixed our buzzer system which had been not able to open front door for weeks, transferred the latching mechanism on the door so we no longer needed to jam the manage to actually get the door to closed and mended our storage room door which couldn't be locked without propping up the door first. Mario was professional, lovely and fast to deal with. He didn't even charge us to the storage room door and solved in about one hour. Fantastic company to work with and would highly recommend them!

I decided to get duplicate keys after having to return to Home Depot occasions of keys not 25, cut by an actual locksmith. Jordan friendly and was able to duplicate my keys. I decided to schedule for them rekey among our locks I had been forgetting to get done and to emerge. Great support!
