We moved into a home that was new and opted to rekey instead of buy new locks. Mike came by and rekeyed not only the exterior doors but also the terrace door too. He kept us updated although he was somewhat later than planned - we don't mind waiting just a little bit. Mike did an superb job and was quite friendly, professional.
Locked out to a Sunday evening having a thought I had been in for an irritating and wallet emptying night. I called these guys . Spoke to somebody right out who helped me with the confirmation process. 10 minutes after I got a call to confirm a tech (Mike) will be out to me in about 40 minutes. Took a bit longer than that however, knew Mike was coming some methods to get to me. In the house he had gotten me back In 5 minutes of the arrival. Payment took approximately 10 minutes with Mike there on the phone with his dispatcher. Priced and guys to work with.

I was really disappointed. My very first usage went fine... they never offered me a price but sent someone to deal with the matter immediately. That tech was very quick and knowledgeable. I informed him I had been seeking to acquire all my doors the exact same manner and he took a look and told me what I'd need. In addition, he said since they had neglected to provide me a quote up front I'd find a follow up call along with a discount on my ceremony. It cost me $110 to take care but blamed myself.
The tech didn't arrive during the two hour window we had been awarded, he had been a half an hour later than the conclusion of the window even though my husband had been told repeatedly that he had been on his way and would be there shortly starting at the start of the window. When he came, he informed my husband that hardware wasn't contained in the quotation I had been awarded and quoted a new cost that was DOUBLE the cost.
As they tried to make the most of us, I feel and it makes me feel bad I thought this corporation would be fair and because the tech was so valuable. They should get their system organized so when you speak to somebody it is fully mentioned, and if they're acceptable and give everyone the identical cost they would not have any issue with quotes that are different contradicting one another.
The following use went in the onset. As promised, I did get a call. This individual collected some advice and gave me a quotation for what I wanted. She told me that this quotation included all hardware and services. I didn't have my program and that I offered to call me back the next day to place the appointment. She never called back. Several days later I decided to call them. I talked to another girl who said she had no record of quotation and their very first conversation. I reexplained all and everything has been provided a distinct, quote. This made me nervous and I asked if when the tech came out there may be'surprise' costs. This girl assured me that'wasn't how this firm did business' and the quotation would be the cost.
This review is for the work accomplished by Mike C. in the Wheaton location. Mike showed up on time. He was friendly and polite. He assessed the problem with the door explained that we needed a latch and handle. He took photos and sent them to his supervisor. Mike hurried out and was back to my house in 30 minutes with the component. It was installed by him immediately, showed me payment and his work was easy.
I ask for Mike and would definitely recommend them. He was great!

I recommend Quick Key Locksmith. I was in need of a change in barrels at 7:15pm in fear of my safety and they were right on it. Mike replaced door lock and my deadbolt with a security lock and came out right away. Mike was quite polite, informative, friendly and professional. He set up the locks immediately and took out my existing door locks. He was patient while I followed his directions and educated me. Mike really knows his locks it is almost as if he was born changing locks....Way to go Quick-Key, You're amazing Mike!!! Will definitely use you again.
Multiple locks were altered by mike in our property. He was professional and did a fantastic job. He supplied an estimate before any work was started and provided recommendations. Would highly recommend.
