I locked myself out of the apartment tonight and that I called Eric and he had me back indoors in no time! I can't say enough good things about the company, really, these days it is hard to come across good businesses, ESPECIALLY WITH LOCKSMITHS but I understand where I am taking (and discussing ) all of my key and lock questions.

I have had keys. They're always quick, type, and reasonably priced. But the other day I was stuck at a little conundrum unrelated. Eddie provided to help. . .and solved the issue the way great neighbors of yore might have. And he would not accept cash. . .and Viva Nolita!

Needed to get a few keys copied- in & outside in 3 minutes.

Go here, if you need keys copied. Excellent superb customer services. Upon entering, the owner asking how he can assist you greeted with a smile you. The owner told me that he'd work with me until the keys worked.
He helped copy my keys and it worked like a charm, no needing to take the keys back. Also, it's evident that this is a legit key copy place only because they have keys anyplace on the walls, unlike a hole in the wall area at which key-copying is a negative gig (like Sullivan's key backup ). It's $20 to copy one of these front door keys, which is costly but to my understanding (if you don't know another location ), that is apparently that the going-rate in NYC. I can't recommend this place , though I likely have haha.
By observing the way he interacts with his clients, you may tell a businessman. No snapping in any way, patient.

A key made stat? These men have your back, and at a super affordable rate . Friendly, fast, inexpensive... not sure you can ask for more in this situation.

I moved on a Tuesday day looking to get the key to my construction and the key to my apartment replicated, I went into a bunch of different places in Brooklyn and no one would copy my key so that I was actually relieved if they could copy them. Eddie copyed the keys that he was helpful and actually kind. Unfortunately, when I tried to unlock my construction door the key that night did not work the following day, so I went back. This time I was helped by a guy who's name I did not get but he was extremely helpful they fixed the issue and gave me a key . I will be coming here because of the friendly employees, if I want any more keys.

Never thought I would be so enthusiastic about a crucial cutting experience, but this place is great. We had been in & out in 3 minutes with 2 shiny new keys (perfectly cut, btw) and the man inside was humorous. great great great.

It becomes worse. I never get a statement or a billthey charged me $212 which I used for the Nov 2013 installment. We proceed from covered-under-warrantee, to $212, to $95. We never got a statement or explanation for the $95 the $212. And worse they charged the card without notifying me, they had on file! (Which I didn't think could be possible but according to the charge card company it's allowed but only awful customer service!)
They installed a buzzer system for me personally. In the summer the buzzer malfunctioned, would not stop buzzing. I called them to take a look--we thought therefore we didn't ask for a quotation, it had been covered under the warrantee. When the Eric came took him less than a minute to find and repair the problem (a wire had come loose). He called back to the office and informed my wife that it wasn't covered under the warrantee and could cost $95! My wife didn't wish to cover him without consulting with me she asked him to send me a invoice.
Stay away from this vendor whatsoever costs. They are sneaky and underhanded.

A neighborhood business that is true. Helped me with hints that worked, offering their solutions out of a massive jam but said when you can do it yourself, why waste $. I call that citizenship. So refreshing at a Manhattan that has turned into"whats in it for me".

I needed a great deal of keys and Eddie was my guy. Never met the dude earlier but he acted in a family celebration like one of my uncles telling jokes and sharing stories. He made the process fun for all your key making demands and I would recommend him!

RBD remains my go to for they and my locks provide great service. Never had any issues nor surprises with them.

Been there 3 times to create copies of my keys and I had to go back 3 times cause the keys were not copied correctly...

Nicest locksmith I have ever met, they go the extra mile to help you out!

In what felt like 30 seconds and the service could not have been more demanding keys were created.

Took them a lock that was malfunctioning and they made it work it was a lock to operate on but they were able to do it. Their original quote was honored by them -- although it took them longer to do.
