I had my home security system upgraded by Raleigh Mobile Locksmith and at more affordable rates than I needed to cover. For peace and satisfaction of mind I would like communities to go for these men each time they confront any problem with office, home or car lock problem. All I would like to say is Raleigh Mobile Locksmith! Very dependable, honest, and certainly skillful in their job! They did respond and arrived to begin working on a custom gate lock problem that was rather hard to fix. Unequaled workmanship and customer service, interaction that is friendly and very affordable rate! I won't even wait to urge Raleigh Mobile Locksmith to others. It had been great relieve to get help from Raleigh Mobile Locksmith with only a call since I was stuck with car ignition shake at night in the center of road. The technician brought an end with fixing that was perfect and arrived within time. I would love to employ it next time without hesitation for fair price and top excellent service. Very professional, timely & courteous. I'd lost my car keys in downtown Jeff & Raleigh arrived. He went over & above what was required to solve my predicament. He remained longer to solve an issue which I'd created to be able to perform what I needed. I recommend them.
I have to give this business 1 star. I received a key made 09/10/18 for my own car (second car ) hardly drive that, however upon forcing it longer the past 3weeks my remote would randomly unlock or NOT function that in plain terms means SOMETIMES function, I emphasized sometimes because the technician I dealt with now can't comprehend that. But moving back before calling them to repair the problem I went to have a new remote battery that ruled the problem out since it still didnt work, they advised me it wasn't programmed correctly. Going forward I called to explain Jason whom claims to be the owner & was uninterested in fixing my problem or worries , however after about 4 calls the problem. .then arrangements were made to meet with a tech now to look on it. . .this guy was rude, accusatory saying things like it works so why are you here now I told him that's the problem it works if it wants to then after once I explained why would I waste gas & time claiming that a product does not function for the heck of it he then proceeded to get mad shout at me & state I needed a free key!! No if that guy would have surfaced and demonstrated a suitable way of conducting business is to reprogram or replace faulty key, it is not free when I paid your business over $300.00 plus a hint when they initially came out. Anyways I have called at least 4 times after this experience no return call. BTW ladies this a warning dont do business with them alone if he feels like it, because if you are not satisfied with your ceremony that a man will shout at you & belittle you, so please have someone with you!
