Raleigh Secure Locksmith

I had a encounter with this once I had been locked from my home. The technician explained the different options he went to try came within 20 minutes of calling, and got me back indoors in a couple of minutes. Minus one star because the workplace dispatch sent two separate crews. I paid 29 for the service call and 129. Not sure why they're charged separate.

I WOULD IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! Yesterday evening I locked my keys in my car and the locksmith that came up was this place. I asked the lady how much the service was and she told me $35 so of course I thought I got the best deal possible. She told me the man would be calling me soon to unlock my car and told me 25 minutes it ends up being 40 minutes complete... this is not the worst part. . Hence the man shows up and unlocks my car and swipes my card and when I was going to sign the cost was $148!! . When I knew the lady and the real cost was very misleading, I would have picked another locksmith. .

Terrible terrible support. She called this ceremony and was advised that a someone would call her in 20 minutes. After an hour she called back and they said they weren't sure occurred. Leave the vehicle and she needed to be picked up. I called the company and they said we'd find a call back with an ETA. Following no call and two weeks, we called back to be advised to call another company. Incredibly rude. NOT to be relied on. Particularly in case you've got a loved one stranded!!
