Rockville Lock and Key

My daughter named after 2am, she had been locked out (after walking the dogs.) With the family out of the town, I rushed to get someone to assist her. No one picked up the phone Though 24hrs is advertised by other locksmiths. Rockville lock stated they could assist, & arrived in 15 min! Excellent service I am so thankful! Thank you!

Phenomenal Support. Opened up it with an automatic lockpick (very trendy ). Then replaced it with a brand new lock. All in about 10 minutes. Great individual, Good conversation, felt very comfortable and he kept to the first cost. Because I felt better not being in the panic I was, I made it an additional $100, but Moshe has a reassuring presence.
I left a message called and got before I could complete, a phone along with a text call.

Sure enough, I called Moshe back. Texted him my speech (my street is hard to pronounce). He said 10minutes. He was literally . . On the dot.
After managing the headache that's my condo association, and being advised my mailbox is my difficulty"we just deal with the post it stays on" I was in a panic. The first thought that anybody has is"oh god. . Now I need a locksmith, who do I call and will I get tricked?"
Not, Moshe is your guy. He offered me a level $95 for putting me to my mailbox, a lock and 2 keys. I stumbled around for a little, ran to the lender, also kept asking"95 apartment right? No switch? I can hold you to that?"

Today had an excellent experience with Moshe. We bought a home and the guards were a wreck. Do not have the keys. At least one door knob didn't work. Moshe was quite friendly and cared for each problem which came up quickly and professionally.

Moshe was a joy to use. We desired 5 doorways and closed on a new house now. He came promptly as prearranged. He was extremely respectful of the property, going to the extent of shoe so that the floors were not dirtied covering. His prices were fair, he was fun to work with, and gave advice that was sound, realistic. Thank you!

Interesting that she believes that I might be reviewing someone else because of the fact she phoned me (multiple times) to alter my review. Sorry but just to let you know nobody is perfect not even you or your"friends" who wrote your testimonials. She might have done things but when I wrote my critique was what it was don't call and ask a person to modify their review cause you don't like it.

My french doors leading to my deck wouldn't stay closed, and that I needed help to fix them. I sent Rockville Lock and Key a message on Yelp and got a call . Then Moshe fixed me my door and showed up in my house. So it grabs he installed a brand new deadbolt and adjusted the knob. In order that the door will be secure, he drilled the deadbolt hole deeper. Fantastic service, professional and quick, and for a price that is fair.

A++Moshe was on time and explained everything that had to be done. He had been friendly and made sure I was satisfied with the job that was finished. I would recommend him to replace your locks!

Came out to the home on the afternoon we asked for. Work was done professionally and quickly. Did whatever he could control costs and keep the locks by rekeying them instead of having to put in deadbolts. Final costs still looked high for rekeying 3 doorways and put in a few bolts. Would probably use for needs that are key.

After replacing the lock, he ground the catch just a small bit as the deadbolt was catching onto it (it'd always done that), and checked the keys to make sure they operated smoothly.
We predicted because the front door deadbolt stopped working (both together with the key and from inside). Our appointment was for 5:00, however, Moshe arrived about 10 minutes early and got to work. Called and they were able to come with 20 minutes on a Saturday. Part front door lock door and broke could not be opened so it was useful to have service or we'd need to be using all weekend to a different door. Moshe is friendly, quick and skilled. Work would certainly call and done.

Moshe has assisted us once using a lock for our flat that would not do the job nicely, then again when our keys were stolen. Despite it being 8:00 PM on a weeknight, he answered his phone instantly, and offered to come over.
