Beside charging above the market rate for there service, I had them out to my home. I was called many times about payment after the check was processed by me.
The offender was unwarranted and uncalled for.

Our toilet ended up draining very slow/slightly obstructed we were only able to take. It was Friday night when it started happening and I feared that nobody will have the ability because it was the weekend to come.
It took approximately 30 minutes, but Jesse managed to wash a few balls of hair that was clogging deep into our drain out. We analyzed it and water was draining perfectly. Before he left, Jesse gave us tips like: purchase a bathtub drain baldness (particularly for girls with long hair) when we wanted to prevent hair from collecting in the drain too frequently.

I discovered a few and wound up searching around Yelp. The prior location we had used before was quoting us 192 for a snake ($175, but once tax would've been around $192), and even insisted we hydrojet that would've cost us much more. I then discovered Rooter Man that had a special for $49, but when I called the operator given it's only $49 when our drain was readily accessible via a"cleanout", and $125 when there was not a"cleanout" accessibility and a regular snaking would be carried out. I frankly was not even sure what a"cleanout" was and assumed maybe we had one and the snaking process was the lowest priced one quoted so far. Since it was late afternoon, I was getting desperate. I truly wanted things fixed/cleaned before night (where people are showering and heading to bed) so I decided to go with them and scheduled a exact same day appointment of 3:00PM.
I was glad that the operator was very useful as she'd attempted to explain all of the pipes lingo and their method was very along with keeping me updated for if our tech, Jesse, could be arriving, with calls. Jesse has been very friendly and came on time, he told us that because we had a standup shower, those do not have cleanouts and a routine snaking could be carried out. I don't know if the"no cleanout for standup showers" is true or not but he was here , I mind as well just regular snake .

Great support. After phoning plumbing companies to repair my tub that was clogged, they showed up over 45 minutes of our first call. Since it was a sudden crisis, it was very affordable. I recommend!

Fantastic customer service. I phoned them when my kitchen sink has been blocked. They came to my residence. If I ever want any plumbing solutions 13, I will phone them back. They're informative and very nice. In general customer service.

I needed to have it fixed ASAP and had a flood in my bathroom. Once two men came by to take a look and they billed us we got a quote After we stated that was too far, they dropped the price a hundred which was too much. I ended up finding somebody that did it This firm is a rip off and liars!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Everything broken down so I understood what I paid for and was explained to the dot. My plumbing works excellent and I've cost of sort with the warranty given. Pretty much what occurred to me personally. We needed to hydrojet and after that they pitched the liner to get $19,400 Following the technician could not capture the snake all the way. Obviously the hydrojet goes towards the job, and when we reserved right away they would knock $2000 off. The technician called back and stated his boss authorized him to knock $3000 off, so now we are down to $15,900. That cause me guess what, these quotes for trenchless came back in the $ 6-7000 ballpark, less than half and to find some additional quotes. To top it off, I am not sure they did anything with the hydrojet - see the attached images and enormous pipe congestion from roots - these images were taken 4 weeks after hydrojetting.
Scam artists. You'll notice a trend in the reports that are negative. They have called out to snake a line, they can't do it the $49 price so the price jumps to $500 into hydrojet it, then they toss an trenchless liner. They offer to knock off some money in the event that you book, to top it off.

Rooter Man is strongly recommended by me! They come inside a couple of hours, even on weekends. Have saved me when I've had guests over. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend them!! Really professional. When my bathroom tub and bathroom were obstructed, I called them and they serviced me the very same day within a couple hours! The tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will certainly call them the next time. You should too!

I would recommend everyone to use rooter Person they have customer Support and they are fastI had my mainline backing up into my home they snaked the line and removed the toilet after which ran a camera had origins therefore I won't back up into the home I need a clean out. Rooter man did a trench less sewer replacement and installed a clean out. Thank you Rooterman and Leo was the best!!!

I told him I was a single mom and needed him to be honest. .
I named the rooter man.The man that showed up (1hr) overdue, was soooo shady!!
I was told by him, I only have 1 option that was an upsale for $500 a jet!! was not had by any other way to clean the leakage.FILE _ 0_EXTENSION As there wasn't any way. No other way to snake the line. . I asked for another solution. He explained he could build a socket for $3200. . Because the house did not have one so I could snake any moment to it. . It looked. I predicted another plummer whilst he was still in the house. If you dont have an outlet who told me, you can snake through the bathroom by taking away the toilet. He said he would do the job for $120. I went back to the man and asked him (because he was there and I had 6 kids about to be at my home ) when he would just snake the restroom. (which the company offered for $49) and he then said he would need to charge me $150 to snake the bathroom BUT would should also do the bathtub (just another $150) and Washing machine line (another $150) Totalling $450!!! OTHERWISE the home would float with sewer and even then, it wouldn't function rather than take care of the problem,. . These men tried to SCAM me every step of the way. I told them I was low income. . 4 kids. . Single mother. COMPLETE SCAM and no respect for praying on single woman. . With kids that are young. And that my friend is that you are dealing with. . The people who have given good reviews to it did not know. . THEY were scammed for a whole lot of money. $120 and my issue was fixed. . !! DO NOT GO WITH THESE THIEVES

On the day of my mom's surprise party, my sink acted up. I called so many places and no one could come quickly, on a Sunday, on a holiday weekend - except for Sam in Rooter Man Plumbing. Not only did he immediately come, he stopped his work so we could have the shock left as possible as much less of a mess, and even joined in for a bit before hitting back on the pipes. He fixed it quickly and easily. We had some back up issues as we have original piping out of the 50 28, and flooding to find out our pipes were completely clogged. The issue was found by him and went to work. Problems really are expensive, rather a hassle. He worked both with us to make it painful. I highly recommend Sam and Rooters.
Also, we had our piping and instead of ripping out our front yard to put piping that is new, they did this hydraulics manner so there was dug rather than a trench!

Easy appt setup. Technician came punctually. Very inexpensive. Fixed problem. Would recommend.

SCAM ARTISTSThe following day, I got it unclogged in 10 minutes.
I called them to purge my kitchen drain.
They failed to purge it, then tried to scam me to get hydriojetting.

Quick and Efficient! Leo successfully unclogged the drain, and also provided a bit for the pipe to prevent the leak, free of charge. This is the second time we've used RMP (once for bath, now for faucet ), and will continue to call them for any future problems.

The service tech was impolite, left my sink a mess, refused to clean up this.
Be warned don't use them.

Sam john and the team did a great job after discovering the origins had forced their way into the old line, replacing our sewer line; blocking the pipe.
