Victor and Ross & Sons Locksmith took the strain from altering our front door lock, so we can focus on other things. Thank you so much Victor.
My family moved in to our new home in Febraury. We had alot to do altering our front door lock was quite significant but we had other things that were important to do before our two kids came home. Victor from Ross & Sons Locksmith arrived and within minutes he had rekeyed my lock and I had 2 brand new keys. He was quite nice and I'd recomend this service.
Victor was friendly and explained everything, and so I understood what was happening. I would call this business.
Victor called me and was at my house within the hour. Our exterior door was almost impossible because lock and the latch would retract, to open and shut. Victor knew what was wrong and used his own ingenuity with worn out pieces to adjust an old mechanics. Now I lock and can open the door without any effort.
The pin on front door lock snapped and we could not get in. The door and I of course had two locks and the key for a few of those 19, respectively.
Victor was accommodating. He came in 45 minutes and proceeded to put us. He shifted both locks quickly. Availability and his service are the main factors for me. He had been great and I would recommend him.
