Our lock and door hardware has captured and we were unable to open the door. We were able to book another day appointment (for a Saturday, that was good ) and they came immediately, diagnosed the issue and replaced what we needed with really nice, good quality hardware. It was done quite well and quickly. Would highly recommend this company.
Ran to a scenario with a doorway in my grandmothers place. It was handled easily by the team of Royal although I was worried the entire door would need to be replaced. Two men replaced and focused the part of this doorway and all of locks without damaging the doorway itself. In making it the most cost effective they can, they did their best. The price was be affordable and the men were super nice.
