These people are so unprofessional and dishonest. How does someone offer to do some thing for $40, then does it for $120? They all have all SCAM written all over them! I wouldn't recommend this company
We locked ourselves and so I moved on Yelp to try to discover a locksmith. Many places were closed on the weekends and that I was finally able to find these guys. On my preliminary call , the woman on the phone said it might require 20 mins for them to create out it to my apartment. I asked her for the cost and she said $20 for the service call and pricing would be based on the type of lock. I didn't think it would cost more than $30-40 to pick. 15 minutes later, the locksmith calls. He seriously seemed like he was large. He was slurring the time and that I had to ask him numerous occasions to replicate himself. In addition, he added that it might take him 20 minutes for my apartment. It actually took him 30 minutes for my apartment, and his girlfriend dropped him off. How unprofessional and awkward is that?? Either he did not have a ride, or too high to drive himself! Are not locksmiths assumed to have transportation? This child was in his early 20's.
Since I had to wait an hour for somebody to get to my apartment at that stage, I was heated. I just live a few blocks away from their business address, which can be among the reasons why I chose them Then he attempts to scam us telling us it would cost $120 to pick a lock!! Like really? He explained that was a discounted cost he gave us cause he was late. I said HELL NO. He then"called" somebody and asked if he could do it for a lesser cost. He came back and said that he could do it for $80. Now, I felt like he had been making up the pricing. I was unwilling to give him the 80 since I felt like he seriously tried to scam us for some beer money! Finallyhe offered to pick on the lock for $40.
I attempted to do this weekend with these scammers to business. Great thing we got another corporation. $20 bucks make up a cost upon birth and to appear is not any good.
Locked myself out of it was $275 to find the door unlocked and my home, I had a chance of having the glass replaced and just breaking up the window. The employees that came out kept on asking me personal questions on which I do for a living, and when I paid them one of them picked up my pocket knife which laid on the table and opened it. Quite unprofessional especially in someone's own home without asking consent. I urge some place else where they speak English and provide you a quote upon scrutinizing the doorway.
