I recommend the service to anyone who's in need of a trusted locksmith. Give them. Avoid other locksmiths who exploit you and will tell you they're in their way and wont appear for hours.
When I had $1 million, I would give it. Getting locked out of your house,is a frustrating and distressed circumstance. Your circumstance can be easily exploited by one, and leave you stranded for hours.
I reside in Pontiac and these men came to help me out at 11 PM on a Saturday night. Did the Locksmith traveling all of the way . He kept us informed throughout his trip, of his coming time. After he got here he apologized for the wait period and was fine. We had been locked out for six hours and after a few locksmiths had stated they had been in their way but not showed up, One even took a credit card and drivers license info and out of despair we gave him, for assurance he would appear. And he never did. Report the drivers permit to the government and we needed to lock your credit cards. Not what you're looking for if you are already stressed out about being locked out your house.

The company's owner isn't honest. I hired them to install locks. I had bought the locks to make sure they matched the hardware on the doors. Was Eli reported the locks could be installed by him, and also that the labor would be $200 for each doorway. He also had to get some extra hardware to complete the job. He returned and started work on the door. He overcut the circle to the top lock and so there are openings on the sides. The mortice did not cut on correctly and so the deadbolt does not extend far enough to guarantee the door. We told him that we were not satisfied with the occupation and he explained it was the best he could do. We stated that we would pay for one door and find someone else to do the other two. He charged us $353 for one doorway, which comprised $63 for three doorways to the extra hardware. He left the floor full of sharp metal, wood shavings, nails and garbage even though I spoke condescendingly to me supplied a garbage bin personally and was argumentative and rude with my dad. I called the owner, who at first contended with me, then told me to send images of the job. I included a comprehensive description of exactly what had occurred, and did. The owner admitted that it wasn't done correctly. He offered to send someone else to complete the job, but he couldn't guarantee they would honor price quoted. The work is contracted by this company out and set their own prices, despite the prices listed on the site. Obviously, I did not have them back to complete the job.

I chose this business based on the reviews online. Sadly, my experience was quite different than that of other customers. Maybe they work nicely for fast jobs like"my car door is locked and I want it started now". However, for jobs that need follow-up communicating or more than one interaction, my opinion is you ought to look elsewhere. Maybe they need speciality locks and do not like people who reside in homes that are older. Maybe they do not like girls. Maybe they do not like. Maybe they do not like individuals with melanin. The main reason they told us they would do something then did not, then gave me the run around by hanging up on me is beyond me, stating they would call back and never did, and not answering my phone. I've waited nearly two weeks to write this review because I wished to give them a chance to correct their wrong. Not likely to occur. Horrible customer service expertise. Beware.
