These guys were wonderful. We discovered the hard way and recently bought a new home that the deadlock and the door lock were not exactly the same. We ended up totally locked out of the home. When we called, they were friendly picked up instantly and guaranteed to be there within one hour. Nice! Even better , they showed up in 20 minutes flat. At precisely the exact same time, we had the home rekeyed and the visit was less than 45 minutes. Great job. I'd use them again.

I was a bit worried since we have heard about locksmiths by stating it'll be one level, but then appear and charge you $200 + scamming you. Not the case at all! He charged me the $ 65 he'd quoted me even though it took him a long time since the lock was super messed up. We will for sure be using these guys again! Already have their number stored in my cell phone!
Joe was amazing! Inform us a few strategies to find out if we can fix ourselves is locked by our email. So we can save yourself a little cash after we could not, he suggested.

We had an issue with our door. The door not latched . We called and Joe was at our front door within two hours. He ascertained our door handle had been broken and had to be replaced. He didn't have one with him but was back with what we needed, within 20 minutes. He was professional and exceptionally courteous and explained everything. If needed We'll be using them later on.

Only had a new lock installed from Seattle Security Lock and Key by Joe L. and he was fantastic! I called this afternoon needing an emergency lock and they stated by 6 somebody would be here. He called 5 minutes before his scheduled entrance time to inform me that he was on time and was 5 minutes away. He received my new lock installed and showed us the intricacies of it in half an hour!! I would recommend using this company. They're a service that's excellent close rather early or you need to schedule for a few days out.
No appointment, same day. Perfect 5 stars all the way!
