After my keys were lost I needed to have my house rekeyed. I phoned sls locksmith services in the day and they had a person available within one hour, which was faster than I needed since I wasn't home. Simon was nice and quite friendly to speak to. He worked quickly rekeying 5 locks for me in less than an hour.I would definitely recommend them!!!!

Just purchased a house and of course the very first thing we needed to do was change the locks; however, the doors wouldn't close right and lock smoothly, and those two items had taken it's toll on the existing knobs and deadbolts to the point which the Seller's key would hardly open these doors. This was a job for a professional. Simon with SLS Locksmith and Services came to our rescue!!! He assessed the problem with the existing knobs and deadbolts on both front and back doors. He replaced the deadbolts, doorknobs with locks, and corrected the issues so the locks would open and shut. I have been in a position to change locks out but this was no match for me. Not all occupations are DIY! Simon saved me time, frustration, and money. I'm so thankful I didn't attempt and handle this myself. Thank you Simon for the professionalism and your kindness!

You guys are amazing!! I called the company and a man assured me, calmed me down and answered everything will be ok. . With getting my vehicle locked and keys from the 16, I was so worried that afternoon. . You may imagine my stress. Simon arrived, was nice and kind . . I would pay anything at that point and I'm so thankful I called SLS.
Outstanding! This gentleman came pretty close to fitting a price I'd acquired, and was prompt, professional. He is also quite responsive and returned my calls right away. I had a couple locks and others rekeyed. My husband and I had been quite happy with all of the work accomplished. If I needed any work I call back in the future.

SCAM. Not advertised to dispatch the guy out here. ITS A TRAP! It was $25 for 115 and the dispatch to input a lock. Perhaps not a dead bolt. Color me unimpressed.
UPDATE...My deadbolt had broken on my door and I had a replacement. I came across this business, who opted to go with them and had reviews after searching on yelp. I called, asked them for a quotation, and I was advised it was a $19 support call, and approximately $49 to install. I consented. The mindset I got was next to none, and I'll give him , although he was instant. My dad was at my house to wait for his arrival. I asked my dad how much it was when I came. My father said it was $35 for the lock, and he interrupted and said"No! It's in now. Today its 49." I was taken back by the rude remark that I didn't say anything. Can it be a card" I replied yes. He said"Well, can I have it today?" Shocking. I asked him how much it was, and we came at also the lock which appreciated in value after setup, and also $104, that was a far cry from the support call that was $19. I said,"I saw you had a voucher on yelp..." and he interrupted and said"Yeah, but you can not use it as you didn't inform me on the telephone." I said"I didn't inform you on the telephone since the voucher was 100 for $125 worth of support, I didn't think we'd be so high on price given the quote I was given." We went around and around and eventually he agreed to"cut me a deal" for $99. During this time he had swiped my card. I simply asked him"How much did you charge to my card? Can it be the 100 like the bargain on yelp?" And he immediately replied"Yeah, unless you want me to charge you more!" I was floored. I was so uncomfortable! I'll NEVER do business with this company! I'll also advise anyone that asks for a referral. I called and requested to speak with a manager before placing this inspection, and he advised me that he is the manager, but"he will attempt to have someone call me back" His company will go under in no time, if that is the amount of customer support being offered! Never Never Never again!
What you did wrong was provide a dreadful attitude from the beginning. You're rude; and you had a remark about what I said or asked. I never complained about your work. I said you had. You confirmed everything I mentioned in your reply, stated that my critique was false.
Just wow! No one wants to be locked out of there car particularly when you're attempting to go home! Sls locksmith was pleased to help, came and the technician had me back in my car in no time! Thank you again
Really offered by SLS Locksmith. They were very prompt and professional, guided me thru the procedure. I can not believe I locked my keys it took all of the stress and worries away from me. Was when the locksmith came, exactly what I was charged. He was very private and made me feel protected and quite comfortable. It's never happened before so I was not sure how the procedure will operate, but my own lock was unlocked by him in a matter of minutes and I had been so happy I didn't get cared for. The exact same day company, I requested a quote through yelp and obtained the answer. They gave me a fantastic deal with a very reasonable price. The tech was on time and did a service that is quick. Out walking the dog I was traveling, my mom got locked. It was getting dark and it was starting to rain. I talked with Shimon and predicted LSL Locksmith form Hawaii. He assured me that his son will be in a couple of minutes on his way. They rescued my very upset mom and my dog in no time. Service was very professional.
