Fantastic location. My brothers car was stolen and subsequently found. The ignition needed replaced and we needed a fresh key and those guys were here to help. Quite fast. This was great and the pricing is reasonable.

Somehow locked keys with the van running in my work van at a customers driveway. First stop of the day for me. Alex was there in less then half an hour. He explained the seal was demanding on the door, (brand new 2017 freight van then 6 weeks old) but he had it opened less then 5 minutes. No damage to my van, and kept me on schedule for your afternoon. Very reasonable price as well.

I utilized Crack & Snap to rekey locks . The locksmith did a great job and was very professional. They are highly recommended by me.

We called that locksmith and made an appointment for 5 for them to produce the key. Nobody showed up after waiting for two hours. And nobody would answer the telephone. 1/10. Don't recommend.

I called to ask service for door lock. I spoke to someone, provided all information requested: address, phone #, etc.. He assured me he would call back to schedule a time. I predicted another locksmith after waiting 5 days and no return phone call.

I moved to Columbus a couple of months back and since then I have had a lot of keys. From home keys, to mailbox keys and car keys, crack and snap locksmith has conveniently taken good care of my every demand. Gilad has been very professional, knowledgeable and always arrives in a timely manner. I'll continue to experience crack and snap locksmith my key making needs for all!

Saw the reviews on Google this morning, when I got locked out of my car, so I called them.
The technician showed up within 30 minutes and was professional and very nice.
The cost friendly!

It had been over 2 1/2 hours although they would be and said they had been around the corner. The technician did a very fantastic job and was very nice but us ripped off! We had been advised it's are a service charge but that would be subtracted from the total. Technician took a couple of minutes and only had to use a screwdriver to Jimmy a split key. He then returned later to tell us that the owner insisted on another $56. The bad technician was stuck in the middle. He contended and I called the operator and was condescending! We'll never do business here again although we paid the money! Run don't walk from this organization!

Literally I can't say enough positive things about this company... I lost my key and needed one but everybody in Columbus quoted at 50 bucks more than these men. Were they the best price they had been the most polite them of all I also made a special after hours trip so that I wouldn't be without my car!!, and predicted When there was an option for 10 stars I would surely give it to them... they were amazing and I think you'd be making a mistake by not using them should you need any locksmith solutions!

They stated they'd call when they're n the way and set an appointment. They then don't answer the telephone and do not. When you make other agreements they since they do not communicate they appear late and extort a"service" charge. Proceed those men suck!
