I locked my self out of my home office with all keys, wallet and my purse indoors. Eli was great. He took care of the problem, was very considerate and professional. They weren't just given 5 stars as I believe the price was too high for the support needed by me. But, it had been trouble and angst free, and that counts for a lot.

They have understanding of English, don't communicate in any way, or choose to harass people that don't want their services that are terrible.
Not only did the guy that is shady show up 2 WHOLE HOURS LATE, but he had the nerve to ask my boss for his ID! When we canceled the entire thing as a result of guy becoming unreliable and overcharging us, he harassed us with telephone calls! His boss and the reception! Awesome!
The locksmiths ever! They deserve an award! Call them if you would like hours of frustration and harassment!

This place is the worst. My friend locked his keys in his car, we were told we kept having to phone to see if they were going to emerge although they would get back to us within moments. After 2 hours, someone eventually says they are likely to come back out. . And when they get into my location they charge my friend $300 for"accountability reasons". Of course he objected, and the man goes"that which you didn't inquire about costs " That's how they get you, I am reading reviews where they then charge another and quote something. Horrible service, the place is a scam, even once they get their money they do not give a sh** about you. My friend kept having to call after just for the girl receptionist to tell us that he was billed appropriately. Youreceiving and're better off calling triple A.

What a terrible experience I had with those men. We were quoted something, the child charged us just like 4 times and came out the amount. And then started adding arbitrary charges. When we predicted amber was crying and rude. What is this about?

Worst service I have ever experienced. I had a house call because I had been locked out of my apartment made. Gentleman informed me it couldn't be opened because it was too loose and came out took than his already 25-30minute quote time and attempted about 30 seconds in my lock. Now grant it, it's not his fault that that door is apparently loose and he can't open it however for doing nothing, a fee is absurd. He began talking to me and just how much that cost. Frankly me covering his gas for the trip could have been cheaper

This is only one with. Not only did they quote me to change 1 lock, but we added two more locks and if they got there, they ended up without actually giving me a statement charging me 471. I promptly called and talked to Amber and asked for an explanation she did not and explained she'd get back to me. I would advise against using this business. I do not have an explanation of exactly what I had been charged for. Shocking

Simon clarified everything called me withing few minutes and showed up after 20 min of my telephone.

I had dropped the key and that I wasn't able locate it or to get in. After calling businesses I found Top Locksmith. They had been so nice and kind, came out to help me get back in my car so that I could get to my actual pair of keys. Thanks so much!!!!!

Excellent support was provided by simon, and even talked with me through selecting a replacement lock to match the others in my house. Followed up after the project has been done to make sure everything was still in good working order. A true professional. Highly suggested.

UPDATE: Top Locksmith called and refunded the service charge as the confusion was on their end. I give them points for customer service remedy and love the gesture.

Not pleased with customer service! It took more than three times of calling since I was never given one in the first location by the technician to be able to acquire a copy of the reception to me. Before they come for service Request pricing!
