His wife Maria and joel are real sweethearts, they're spent in your security requirements. Definition within pop and mom shops of hub. Professional staff, great.

It is apparently appropriate when I walked in they were friendly, a privately owned family company & & professional. They took minutes to duplicate my key and their prices were quite reasonable. I would strongly recommend this location. Thank you for the great service!
This place is situated directly in the heart of Encino having plenty of parking situated within their shopping center on Ventura Blvd.
I had to duplicate a key fast & of course discovered this location to give them a chance since I was close by.

Most certainly not"open 24/7" closed sign on door. No indication of shop hours

Always a pleasure going to this place to acquire keys! I love the customer service and have been going here for 3 decades. This is the best lock and place! . Have been going for at least 15 years to them. They also will visit your place for repairs. Rhe repairman are amazing.

I don't go anywhere else for my keys. Warm reception, gracious, prompt service. I have been to areas where my keys do not work after being duplicated. I haven't had this experience here in all the times I have been for this corporation. Highly recommend.

I received a thru medeco customer support to this amazing locksmith. Very friendly staff. Joel and Adrian are amazing. Very prompt and very professional and tidy. I had a horrible experience with another organization but Plaza made me joyful and fulfilled my needs for my loved ones and I really like the fact they could provide service on precisely the same day. I feel secure with my locks and will definitely refer anybody who requires a fantastic locksmith in the area. If I could I would give this place more stars.

Because of a fracture and in the building, we needed to rekey everything. Oh my gosh what a professional individuals. They sent out Rick who had been terrific efficient and considerate. Appreciative of their work that is great

We called to get a cost to repair a lock that wouldn't turn into open/close but a girl called"Maria" kept stating that she had to consult her boss and call us again. We kept having to call back to follow up and getting the exact same answer. Joel Barreto, the technician, said that we may require a new part, but that he had repaired the lock by turning it immediately so that we could lock it. He had. He produced an invoice for the 15 minutes for $125 he spent there. When we mentioned that our attempts to get a cost went unanswered and how he came up with that cost without installing a new part, he said that it's their"service charge". When asked how much the service fee is,'' he explained $65. So we continued to wonder why the invoice was $125 and he explained it's what it is. Upon asking further we were never told this in advance, '' he demanded that a payment of $95 and grabbed our check and walked out. We predicted several times and the day, the lock stopped working and were told we would find a callback. After we eventually got a call back from Joel, who said he'd charge us the exact same amount to come"fix it" again and that he'd also get a quote for your new part. He said he'd call us back with a quote for a part that was new and he never did. We called and he said he'd call back and never did.
Be VERY CAREFUL dealing with this company. We had problems with them and wouldn't recommend for anything!! Utilize anybody but them.

Unbelievably unethical business practices. There are many others to choose from... don't risk it.

Plaza Lock & Key of Encino is AWESOME!!!! I called in a panic when I was locked out of my home and they have been courteous, prompt, helpful, provided and reasonably priced customer services. I can't recommend highly enough. I had called another locksmith and had a dreadful experience. Plaza was able to come fast and solve my problem and is situated in Encino. Thank you Plaza!!

Needed to make 2 keys, and think I was in there for 3 minutes. The lady who assisted me was so sweet and it was cheap, $4. Couldn't have been happier.

Because they don't do automotive important makes the man hung up on me. I still talked asking another question and he wrapped up. Call another place
