Rob was wonderful! He was very fast and very helpful when me and my friends were locked from our cabin.

Rob was great. We delivered a text at night to get an issue and he responded. He quickly got our lock scenario taken care of and was there first thing in the afternoon. Quick, reliable and courteous. I strongly recommend Rob and United lock and key.

We weren't in a rush, and Robert was in the area, since our job was not a very complicated one, Robert squeezed us in and arrived within 30 minutes as promised. Great service, called him to rekey an outside storage closet and our newest condominium. He had been here within the hourworked diligently until he had the storage closet open and a lock on it. Proceeded to rekey our doorway. Very professional and pleasant. Would highly recommend.

Well it is Friday and I stepped out to throw my garbage . I realized I left my keys as my door shut top. Doh! I just moved here so I didn't establish a individual or a place to have my key. They had been shut due to Nevada Days although I called a local locksmith. I called United Lock and Key and spoke with Rob. I told him I was locked out and I reside in Incline Village. He said no problem he could be there in 20-25 minutes. He came unlocked my door even though the door lock is set by the previous owner upside down and as stated. He gave me guidance on installing weatherstripping because he noticed that it was worn down. I highly recommend United Lock and Key due to the service that is speedy and friendly. Thank you Rob!

We'll also use his and his wife's cleaning services they additionally offer.
We'll hire him to change our paint and lock our doorway a fun color.
He also made copies so the tenants would have keys as requested, rekeyed the lock and went to our place. He left our neighbor to another secret.
Rob was so great. He phoned me back within a couple of minutes. We had any issues with someone who helps out at our vacation rental/second home we were not in the region and this person had a secret to our home.

We brought the incorrect secret around Tahoe for the weekend and found ourselves locked out on a Friday evening. Thank god for Rob! He got and unlocked all the doors!

Good customer service! We dropped the secret to our condo that he was there to catch us in and re-keyed the Lock. I would recommend him !

The same as everyone else who has to call a locksmith:"Damn! How dumb was that?!" Frustration mounts because in the majority of cases by doing something stupid you blew it. United answered weekend and was here to help in thirty minutes. Job accomplished with great service.

Great service. Got here , barely took any time, reasonable... And looked like a super spy to my two children! Thank you for cleaning up my bonehead mistake of driving with keys from SF that didn't work. Totally recommend. A painting contractor, Additionally, snowplow help and cleaning service. AAAAA+ recommendation.

We also had a sticky deadbolt lock of their home doors on one, and Robert was able to re-install it so it functioned properly, all over the minimum charge for a home visit.
Delighted to work together with him, and he'll be the one we call if we ever had another lock issue.
We had some storage locks which were old, but had always worked, and we could not get them .
Called Robert and he came over within the hour, opened a single lockbut we decided the other 2 had to be cut off, which he did. Since we had 4 additional storage locks, and needed to have just one'matched' set, he had been very useful in guiding us in the local hardware store to get two sets of 4 master lock padlocks with a single key for each pair of 4. This is a solution, and quite reasonably priced.

Rob was very useful in replacing, and altering an old door lock. Rob worked as long as it took to fix the issue - good man.

Thank god. And thank god I am at least reliable enough to keep it charged (it is the small victories). Google led me. 1 telephone call and we were standing together with the driver side, window open and a few contraption that is extendable wiggling its way.
And, hey, the service is not affordable. However, I guess we gotta cover the Idiot Tax. (facepalm)
This was me at the Safeway parking lot especially brisk afternoon. Grocery bags in hand and a chill in my bones, I stood staring at the keychain dangling from the ignition of my car with the helpless impact of a toddler below the cookie jar. Locked out.
Third try was a charm. And If I wasn't so thankful to have been granted access into this cookie jar (guess that is the new pet name for my own car), I'd've been a bit more concerned with just how simple it was to split in. Aero was professional and extremely fast. I would use them again in a heartbeat which I'd love to think will not happen again but I am a bit more of a realist. Aero's in my contact list now.

I drove into the region on a Saturday mid-afternoon and tried to call United Lock and Key to observe when they could re-key my house. I had trouble making telephone contact, therefore I decided to drive with their speech to determine if anybody might be. I saw a gentleman sweeping his porch, so I went up and asked if and when he might be able to find and re-key my house. Rob said,"Is tomorrow (Sunday) fine?" I was shocked (happily). Rob said he'd be there around 11am. He showed up since I rarely get that kind of promptness from companies around here, at 10:30 am, that was impressive to me.
I could not have been more happy with how it all went and that I will certainly use (and urge ) Rob at United Lock and Key in the long run, if any similar needs come up.
Not only did he do exactly what I'd hoped for, his prices were really reasonable and very much value what I think was likely a gratuity I offered him.

Faced with a tough job to re-key eleven door locks to one crucial, in an older house, with doorways, and in freezing weather, Robert got the work done and defeated each barrier! Five stars to United Lock & Key.
