Our sink obtained backed up in our kitchenand we all found Universal Plumbing through yelp, and we all loved the fact they took care of us immediately. Was very favorable, and was very knowledgeable about the task, as he looked after it! I strongly recommend giving them a shot if you want a fair, friendly, and professional plumber! Thank you Universal Plumbing, you have a customer for life!

Prices was about 33-50percent more than I expected, and there was a small high-pressure"we can do it today, we are here, and the price will be reduced if we get it done today versus if we come back" discussion that I did not love.
But fantastic work enough guys, and my job is behind me.
Effortless communication and booking the appointment. Their business model is that they come out to give you an estimate, if you'd like to have the work in the future or then and you can chose. I didn't enjoy the fact that they could not give you some sort of ball-park estimate over the telephone, even though when they arrived to give pricing they referred to their"standard price list."

I would, if I could give no stars to them. I will never use this company again. Angel is a burglar. Wait til you have your home inspected although I understand that some folks have had good experiences with him and the contractor calls the work Universal did and it not passing inspection.
I paid them to replace present cast iron pipes with ABS pipes that were fresh - . They did some but not all 25 ft. After the work was completed I couldn't confirm it was done because I couldn't crawl under my home in check. I assumed it was done. Come two years later my home is on the market and inspector points out things that did not meet code. See attached pictures. They did not use supports / they used a bit of old wood. Ladies- this is not the firm for you!! They take advantage of young women. Pay extra and use Roto Rooter- that they stipulate their work. And I am kicking myself for not utilizing them, in the ass. Angel is shady that is super and a liar. Finally people assess their work and will get smart and see that it isn't up to code. Again- I am not saying my pipes does not work - it functions. However, after spending $6,000 I assume it would have passed an inspection. Angel denies that they did anything wrong and refuses to send out anyone to look at it. I hope this company goes out of business so they can not take advantage of anybody else.

Experience communication, and fairness in price are all 10 Stars. Thanks for a beautiful job on a challenging and very difficult renovation.
Angel and his group of pipes experts lead by Chicho and Benito are excellent! I was referred to those guys by a buddy and I'll look no farther for a plumber.

He came in, yesterday, and after some initial misunderstanding that could have went extremely wrong, he really helped to resolve any and all issues. He made sure that ALL items were done and taken care of, if some issues arise. He has taken care of our property needs during our time and stands behind his word. He makes sure that they are addressed, during, if any problems arise. In addition, I adore that if the job is not in their scope, he will be honest and try and provide the alternative and what he sees. Because of him, they're our go to business for any plumbing requirements.

Both times both men fixed the problem and were very pleasant and thorough.
I have used these guys twice before. First time chris came out and this last time Ruben cAme outside to my parents home to correct an issue.

Benito and chris did a wonderful job. Chris was patient in answering my questions and explaining the job. Very professional and were punctually. Also it was great being able to call Chris for questions.

We have been customers of Universal Plumbing for many years now and have been quite happy. They are up to the office staff is professional and helpful.

Not only THAT, but then when they ended up needing to go through the sink to remove the clog, but they identified that a piece there that desperately had to be replaced, and did it free of charge.

Did they send out a group of two earlier than their same-day appointment time that is initial accessible, however Rojo and Benito were the guys that are best. They understood I had been misquoted on the telephone, but then called in to argue that because I'd already done some of their work I must be charged the lower rate.
Everything tried to purge my bathtub drain, and had been left distressed to find somebody who could come out on the weekend for a reasonable rate and knew exactly what they were doing.

He explained everything, gave alternatives to the different repair, was very sweet and polite, and many significant! The repairs!
Ruben is incredible! We'd leaking problem for 2 units and the regulator was out of sequence. Same 9, Leo and ruben came and mended everything.
The operators in the telephones are quite useful, and prompt to return telephone calls, and you are reminded by them . Overall this was.

I let these men take advantage of me. I have my part in being accommodating if they were late, did produce solutions but theorized, charged a lot of money, rather than fixed them. We had been desperate to get some issues fixed and looked past red flags.

I believe in being a business that does what it says it can do, shows up, and does not make money for a job not 37, there is also a moral and ethical code .
They tried to make great and didn't bill me for some job that was past, so I appreciate that they were accountable. My guess is that if your plumbing issues are simple, they will be good for your job.

These men are professionals. They deliver over 100% services, communicate and know their craft.

Chris along with his helper, Benito, did a fantastic job replacing the bathroom. In a 90 year old house, repairs never go as planned, but Chris was able to work out solutions.

Universal Plumbing came out and provided an estimate to replace a 3 manage fixture. It was roughly 2x more $$$ than a number of other reputable plumbing firms that I called which were highly rated on Yelp. Universal Plumbing insisted that they come out to supply a free estimate. However, pricing comes from a mobile app with their"standard" pricing for this kind of job. Beware.

Chris and Benito are all fantastic! We had a drain clog which was located away and well beyond from our kitchen sink and they were able to snake to unclog the pipes beyond 50 ft. Until the problem was solved unlike another plumber from another company who arrived in before and refused to snake that Benito and Chris gave their 100% effort! I am extremely pleased with the service!
Chris was very professional in the way that he explained everything and answered my questions. Certainly recommend them.

This is my second time using universal plumbing and I am pleased with my experience. Reuben did an great job repairing faucet and the disposal. He was able to unjam the bath tub knob. When I need a plumber, I'd call them.

They are super organized, providing email and text reminders of appointments. I initially reached out to get a quote through Yelp, and they responded within a brief moment.
I will use again if (if, let's be fair ) I need a plumber .
I was really satisfied with cost and the work paid. Friendly and clean support. I analyzed their price match guarantee and they arrived $25 on the quote down to match the following plumber's cost.

We had a sink drain which was obstructed, called Universal Plumbing and they could get me an appointment early the following morning. Chris showed up and that he was fast, knowledgable and very personable! That sink was unclogged in minutes. He helped me install my toilet seat really! Would definitely call Universal Plumbing again! This provider isn't inexpensive, if you're going to pay these kind of prices use a legit company. That's my experience.
I had a sump pump is replaced by this company . They charged me. The pump never functioned, they came out 4 times at $400 per day to support their pump that was faulty and nobody at the company will call back concerning the problem.

Fantastic company, fantastic staff, excellent experience -- will be hiring them again for future jobs. Highly recommend!!

This company must be one of the most reliable, many and affordable communicative I have ever managed. After shopping around with companies to get a sewer replacement and repair of my sewer line. I ended up hiring Universal and they did a fantastic job of maintaining my house organized and as clean as possible. If you're trying to find a plumbing company who you can count on they are definitely it! Don't forget to request Angel, he was great to work with!
