Fantastic Job - David was very helpful with my locks in my store in the Upper East Side. I find him super professional and knowledgeable in this subject. Additionally, I wanted sets of keys and I had been out in few moments. If you need a Locksmith guy that is good, I highly recommend this place!

I had an excellent experience with USA Locksmith! David managed to help me out and was prompt to reply my emails. We moved to the locks and a new apartment. David took care of it quickly, showed me how to work everything and made it seamless and hassle free. He clarified the differences in locks + prices and that I valued his knowledge and felt that he was extremely genuine. We feel safer using all our brand new locks and he fixed a rickety knob on our front door because he left.

Terrible experience- I had to always chase the owner down to finish a job we verbally agreed on for well more than a month- that I found him to be very unorganized, not reliable and flaky- that he admitted to forgetting about my job at the same point because"he was too active". My final straw ultimately nailed him down for a consultation and claimed one was never made by us for this time when he did not reveal - he went farther to accuse me of being incorrect. This was among the levels of unprofessionalism I've come across with so many other locksmith options in blocks of the store and with a city company it is not worth the hassle. Attempt Abbeys several blocks away.
