Needed a secret duplicated that no one gets the blank. The gentleman at Watson Security knew precisely what I had and he himself discovered a prosperous work around. The copy was left by him and that I discovered it worked better than the first. Later on, I'll urge Watson Security and are going there for all my key duplication needs.

Needed 2 locks with keypads to be set up. I was told that I move elswere and that they just take care of high grade commercial locks.

I love this place! I always come here to receive my keys knowing they'll be quality. I have had bad experience in the past with getting them done at Lowe's or Ace Hardware, but these guys really are great.

Got a key made at Fred Meyer, never functioned after 3 tries. Key made at Watson Security, no issue and it took about 30 minutes. More expensive but worth it!

I needed to have my own van crucial replaced after I lost it. A backup was made by these men from the secret of my wife. Actually, they ended up making 2 copies since all of their attempts to cut and re-cut did not function in the ignition. However they never gave up. At length, on the 3rd blank they pc cut on it and it worked! They did not charge me any extra for most of that effort.

I asked Rob to send a quotation to me with a date six days in advance - it's been two weeks and he hasn't responded to me or sent a quotation.
I contacted Watson security about installing a home security system. Rob was a half hour , although we set up a moment. I was angry my period was not honored and had left work just to do the security consultation.

Horrible and rude customer service! The very first words out of the guy's mouth was"I am real busy." Are you kidding me? He could care less and I was apparently a massive inconvenience. I didn't give them my company and I surely will talk about.

I hired them to put in it and bought a digital key pad lock. The lock has been! I wish every customer support experience could be like this one. They put the meaning in position behind their guarantee of gratification. Every time I had a problem with the lockthey returned to fix it. Today they return, bringing me a brand-new lock -different brand- since all that matters is that I'm a customer.

Wanted to say thanks to those guys. Rob Watson and his crew are knowledgeable, react and they're priced fairly. I gotten a response and have referred my clients to them. When selling houses I always recommend that the locks alter and provide the title of Renton Lock to them.
