We purchased a August lock and we tried to substitute the old lock by ourselves. But after many attempts we were not able to open the screw. We predicted elite locksmiths and they reacted in almost no time. Philip is the man who arrived to fix the lock contacted us. He also fixed the lock and was very proficient. Great job. Glad we predicted elite.

The locksmith service was fine, it was an old lock I wasn't surprised that they were unable to discover a replacement. The problem was the communicating - sprinkled, tons and way too many cooks in the kitchen. In 1 case two distinct reps from the company called and texting me saying at the hour saying two distinct things. Seems like they would be ideal for a"one and done" project but I discovered the week-long back-and-forth procedure with this more complicated replacement taxing. 3 stars though as they worked together with me the entire way and did their best to make things right, which I loved.
Called Monday for our AirBnB lease while we were out of town- that I loved they could return to the property immediately the next morning. They were not able to repair the lock, so they took it to find a replacement. Mario, my technician, was a poor communicator - it took him a half dozen calls to establish exactly what looked like we might have gotten done in one call, which was frustrating as I was traveling on holiday with family and needed to continuously step outside to try and work with Mario. I texted Mario, and never got a call back and called 4 times that week.
Figuring out Mario was out of work and no one followed up on his own behalf after my rental home was unlocked for 5 days I managed to get a grasp of Gerry from the provider's direct line, who returned and insisted the lock so that I could have yet another locksmith attempt to repair it. The lock seems to have a piece missing - not certain what occurred there or if the piece dropped out and broke, we are working on a repair.

Excellent support. He rekeyed my locks everything works with a single key personally and installed a industrial doorhandle. He came back the next day to put in a knob for among my door. Highly recommend!

Gadi installed a new digital lock on my door, re-keyed pre along with my 4 hinges made me 5 additional entrance door keys. He is equipped to troible shoot when a problem came up, and reasonable priced, knows his locks.
Gadi did so all under 2 hours.
He did a great job, and I'd hire him . A big plus is Gadi is a communicator, I understood what's be billed, he texted me images of the lock so I understand exactly what I was getting and he was clear about the telephone on time price.
Upgraded my 1987 bore hole to the lock, to the standard lock gap that was larger.

Awesome service! I had my locks changed immediately for safety reasons. Godi came through for me on a Sunday! He did a fantastic job and arrived within a single hour of my call. I desired keys for many others and a key for some locks and keys which could not be duplicated. I have a commercial construction with approximately 20 doors. I didn't have time and was dealing with some other thing, when he arrived. . Godi noted what I desired and got to work before the job was completed. He received every specification right. In addition, he gave me advice on the most economical way to achieve my safety goal. Following this adventure, l will not use anybody else. I recommend Elite Locksmiths!!!

Great experience all the way around. They were rather simple and honest during the bid process (where others tried to up-sell / vague the price), and very elastic to fit into my program. Arrived though I was being pulled in multiple directions by delivery people, were able to finish the job quickly and efficiently. Before the re-key the locks would stick a bit and the key had to be placed just right, but it functions as smooth as butter! Would definitely use them again!
