I called to have my own door knob kit installed that I had bought. This is the deadbolt that is fitting along with a Kwikset door knob. They offered 29.00 for its house-call and also 45.00 for its installation.
Other than not knowing the entire charge am happy with their service. I will only be more thorough on finding the total cost beforehand.
The real finished bill was 29.00 for house call, 45.00 for EACH lock not the place, 20.00 for labor that wasn't told to me prior to having them come after which taxation. So, it did cost me more than what I had anticipated but I had them install since I'd had my handbag stolen together with my house keys and go right ahead and the locks necessary to be replaced.
The technician was friendly and educated. He did the installation fast and the guards work perfectly. He fixed the lock on my screen door because they had come loose by securing it with screws that were new.
