The inner lock knob fell off today.
Called up bob . Needed my new company rekeyed. When I made the call that the next time for him could be late in the week next week, not ever having coped with bob earlier, I assumed. Nope. He prepared and showed up on time. He's got a little workshop at the back of his truck. He assisted me and did and did not detract. Among the locks had that the thingamajig resized and he did it right then and there. In the long run I got two upgraded locks along with a door which shuts better than it did until bob arrived. This was a simple 5 star review. Don't hear the negative one.

Guy stands up. When calling West Florida locks, he was quite responsive in answering our call and setting an appointment. Easy peasy. He was quick to get into our home at Lutz (33548) and hustled in shifting our locks out. His prices were very honest and we felt like he was quite honest. We would recommend him to anybody searching.
