Yakov's costs were the finest of those 3 locksmiths I called - they were fair and fair. He was very receptive and answered messages immediately. And most importantly, when he showed up he was really capable. The man knows his stuff! He did fix the latch on my doorway, he reinstalled the knob so that it was more protected than previously.
I asked him about installing a deadbolt. I had been concerned about finding. He found and researched that a fitting deadbolt that was cheap and protected. He did a fantastic job with the deadbolt, but noticed that one of those plates onto the knob was backwards, and also so the door could be pushed open with just a force that the latch was catching. He fixed at no additional charge, and also did a fantastic job with the deadbolt too.

This is where the interesting part about Yakov comes from... he broke his deadbolt lock at the process of unlocking it and refuses to fix it but even better, he won't admit he broke it.

I moved and they did in a lower price I was quoted in another duplication place in the region.
