Bragg Plumbing & Heating

Our family had employed Bragg 11 years back and I was lucky I discovered the furnace folder and had saved the receipt as a reference.
I was panicked yesterday, when I placed an emergency telephone to John in Bragg Plumbing and Heating. The home was cold and my 96 year-old Mom was covered in blankets. I replaced a very old, residential water heater which began leaking and suddenly popped, so I called Bragg that exact same day after I read many reviews that were positive. Sean appeared in the home within an otherwise busy day, within a couple hours of my call. Communicative, and professional coordinated a number of the facts in the office with me. I was impressed. Sean helped me select the ideal replacement water heater, then showed up with his spouse, Tracy to install it. It was installed by them perfectly. My emergency problem was solved within 24 hours. I've worked for more than 20 years with possessions in southern and northern California, and this really is hands-down my best experience using a plumbing firm. Sean especially proved to be helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable. The furnace (also old) was right next to the water heater, so I inquired if he would visually see check it (since carbon monoxide leaks should concern everyone). He even performed a test and did. Great! Water valve bolts tightened once he noticed while utilizing it, it leaked if that wasn't enough above-and-beyond service. I put off having to possibly fix or purchase a new valve, and had been aware of the drip-drip escape in the valve. Problem now solved! Thank you Sean and thank you Bragg for having such outstanding staff. I already dedicated to Sean that you're my new plumbing firm. I'm so glad that we met.

These guys are the best! Tracy and both Chance did operate at our home. They're punctual and very professional! There work is of excellent quality at a price that is reasonable, with quotes that beat against the majority of the regional businesses. We've used heating and cooling air conditioning firms through the years and they are! They provided work to fix some additional problems not contained in the bidding! They are highly recommended by me with no reservations!

They came out on precisely the same day and I phoned Bragg and installed a new kitchen faucet under one hour and for a price.

Bragg has jumped up to the top of the list for local plumbing firms and I will be calling them for a quote for a tankless water heater.
Super pleased with the support I received from Tracy and their dispatcher did a fantastic job of keeping me apprised of his ETA.

Chance explained that I needed my furnace positioned to help the water drain correctly and pulled out. The quotation was 2500.00.
Instead of charging me 2500.00, Chance crawled behind a very tight and dirty staircase and fixed the problem. He just charged me 235.00. Since their job wasn't observed by me, me could have completely ripped off. The business is honest and dependable.
I may add that before Chance and Tracy, I had 2 repairman make an effort to repair my furnace and they couldn't fix it. *
Chance double checked the problem when Chance returned and he found out that the issue was so the water couldn't drain 31, a heating pipe that was set up incorrectly.
I had Chance and Tracy arrive on time.

Sean and his partner were helpful and knowledgeable and took good care of our problem very quickly. Very professional and courteous and friendly. Highly recommend these guys.

My cousin Zac was able to work for this business, I texted him this morning stating my dryer was not working and it was completely new. He explained it was my dryer vent and he approached Bragg to have somebody come out - Tracy came outside and he was amazing!!!!!! He was so friendly and conveyed everything. I didn't know it was likely to be done every year, or every year. He showed me what was in there, pics attached, look at the lizard tails!! Lol. Yuck. He went over and beyond to be sure that the vent was clean pulled out my dryer and double checked everything and drifted my stove / d unit behind. He made sure to clean everything outside up and now that the dryer is currently working good as new. Thank you Bragg and Tracy!!!!!! If needed Surely will call and request Tracy!

We have used a various plumber, had them out back-up in January, known as Bragg and they fit me in the day, Tracy was wonderful! He figured out that the issue in about 5 minutes and went straight to work and fixed the issue! The guys didn't even come into the garage where the problem was. Tracy was so professional yet personable, I am will utilize Bragg and VERY satisfied!

Shout out at Bragg Plumbing who was a hero in our household as he cleared a main sewer clean out to Tracy. He also replaced the sewer clean out cap with a single that will prevent any future issues (read: sewer ) out of the home!
He was patient with our questions, professional and an all around nice guy. He fixed the issue and charged a fair price. Couldn't ask for anything more and we highly recommend Tracy and Bragg Certification!

We had come out for a duct cleaning because we all suffered allergies out of all the dust we were breathing. Sean and Tracy came out and hit the floor running. They told me told me their game strategy, set their gear up and moved to town. Very respectful and educated men. They did their thing, included me showed me what crap came out of my ducts and were on their way quick. Left my house as clean as it was when they got there. I urge Sean and also Bragg and Tracy.

We had a water leak in a buried line which runs under an asphalt road on the property outside Sonoma. We had to make certain where the flow started to ascertain - not just where it had been coming into the surface onto the road. When he said he would from another job some ways away, tracy arrived. He was able to say with certainty where the flow started and therefore where to dig up the pavement based on the first appointment fee that is $69 and did not have to use the equipment and control both hour fee. His judgment has been spot on. Tracy was very professional and proved that Bragg Plumbing & Heating can offer leak detection services.

I contacted Bragg to come deal with a clogged kitchen sink that was affecting the dishwasher in our office. We have 44 employees using the kitchen so that we got the run around from other companies and wanted somebody to come fast. Tracy managed to fix our difficulty and arrived, he also made a few suggestions about things to keep on your eye and left the area clean. What stood out to me was his follow up. He predicted a day or 2 later to check on how things were running and then a couple of weeks after we also received a follow up in the mail. Bragg is strongly recommended by me.

I'm not convinced you can enjoy a plumbing repair that is required, but I guess that this is about as good as it could get. There developed A flow under my kitchen sink and it was be the garbage disposal that had worked loose over time. They reacted the same afternoon with a technician. Tracy showed up at the time given, and the dispatch office kept me informed along the way. Job turned out not to be a simple 1,2,3 kind but a struggle all the way. Tracy got it completed, left the under cupboard area cleaner than when he arrived. I would use them again.
