You can't request a much more fair, determined person if you have a call Carlos. We had a storm drain a large plumbing contractor said they had cleared to test it once they left to find it actually had not been done. As agreed, explained the matter, carlos showed up and away he went. He successfully emptied the drain, ran down a camera the entire drain to search for any additional areas of issue (even marked a couple spots where we had been having weeds move through the pipe which may be an issue in the future).
Carlos is now my go to guy for any drain problems.

Do not hesitate call them. We called 2 other services (who never called back), but if we called Carlos late on a Friday afternoon he answered straight away. He came out on Sunday for no additional charge (!) To hydro-jet our old kitchen and toilet lines which have given us trouble (slow draining and clogging) for many decades. He took the time to describe things was friendly and very professional, and was patient. He was extremely knowledgeable and adjusted bad news that we'd previously been given by additional"drain cleaning" businesses. His rates were quite fair and we don't hesitate to recommend him. CM Jetting successfully cleaned out a complex system of gutter drains and landscape. I have a property that is huge and our drainage system was completely clogged because of leaves, roots, and fail, nearly flooding our house last winter.
He managed to clean it out in daily. Pipes and perhaps more than a hundred feet. I thought it could not be possible and would take fourteen days. He rescued me from needing to excavate a lot of concrete. The drains drain.

Like everybody else here agree that Carlos is your very best. Came late at night to help jet our sewer line that was clogged. A great worker, that knows a great man, and his stuff as well. Communicates exactly what's happening and exactly what the problem is, how to block it and how to repair it.
Do not get me wrong, I do want to take care of the S and sewer issues but if I do he's the first and only person I'll be dealing with.

He had estimated that the job over the telephone at $350 but surprised us with a charge at $200.

Call one of those typical fancy"emblem'd van" value-added plumber surgeries... pay the large price for the significant name, so they could send the"B team" there (who's getting paid the minimum, and probably does not have much expertise ) to do what said"regular plumber" guy above would do, however bill you 2X-3X.... OR they bill you 3-4X what them are charging, also will actually call a guy like Carlos. Trust me. It is true.
I have worked in this time with builders for approximately 20 years, and I have done home rebuilds. . And I will say this much - finding people like Carlos and CM Jetting is a godsend. These are the types of vendors that you just hang on to for life and recommend to your friends. Trust me, I know. From dealing with the very best to the worst, I have been through all of it.
If you don't know what the heck a"hydro-jet" is think about it like this - it is like an extreme pressure washer cleaning the inside of all your drain pipes... whereas a snake is like drilling a hole through anything is stuck on your pipe. Big difference. Of your home drains can wash and move out all of the way cleaning your drain line that is underground along the way. Carlos can run a camera while he's doing it so you can take a peek at the condition of affairs inside your own plumbing. And in a place like San Diego, where you have some mineral residue risks from the city water, this is a great idea.

And let me say this I have NO affiliation with this business, and that I talked with 5-10 different plumbers on a Saturday morning, and Carlos had every drain in my property, along with the main underground drain going out to the city... all clean as a whistle, by Saturday afternoon.
Call a plumber that is normal and receive your pipe snaked. That is what most people do. The guy will show up and run his attachment on the drill and receive the drain. Your pipes wo wash, but it is going to provide you with a quick fix. The job provided the job does not demand is going to be overpriced and does not make use of any equipment. The guy make a fast buck and will be in and out. Your clog will return.
His rates are HALF or less of the going market rate. He does not look for ways to screw you when you're needing (such as changing his hourly rate when you require service most).

Yes, that's right. If you are not currently getting a fast spider job, chances are they are calling in a 3rd party like Carlos to do job and marking it up a TON. Go direct. Call CM.
However, most significantly of all, he can DAMN work and utilizes the best equipment available. He has been in the business a long time and realized specializing in hydro-jet job and purchasing the very best equipment available and performing the job himself would put him able to do good work for people at a great price, and have a fantastic time doing this.
Drain work? Look no further. You have found the seller you are looking for. Seriously.

Carlos and I talked on the telephone, as I described my problem with him he was confident he can clear the plumbing line. The Contractor desired me to invest $3800 digging up my Front
Yard. He explained that we had roots in the pipes and it was impossible. He gave me a cost, when I described my problem, and the answer did not involve digging.
Carlos was almost apologetic about how the Drain Repair Industry works explaining that companies have enormous commissioned bundles in other words the more they charge the more they create, for their own inspectors.
I think the Project might have been a little more than he bargained for but Carlos admired his quotation at the end of the price range he had given me.
I told Carlos that I had read of certain Plumbing Companies that come out to a house and tell people they have much bigger problems than they actually have. Some of them making the Home Owner and showing Home Owners film footage of sewer problems that are horrible from previous projects believe they are taking a look at footage of the Plumbing Lines.
I don't have any problem paying for an item of value I get if its Service or Goods. Employing an Owner like CM and Carlos is your thing to do whenever you can. I can't recommend CM Jetting Services ardently enough. Top Notch Equipment, Integrity, Honesty and Top Notch Service. That is what you're currently getting with Carlos.
Carlos ran a Camera farther down the drain, came and told me there was a massive glut of grease at the line. He fired up the 80,000 BTU Water Heater that's set up on his rig (think commercial jacuzzi design water heater) and spent almost two solid hours working the clogged line.

Carlos is the best. I got him recommended by a friend and I phoned him 2am in the morning. He replied and responded. Regardless our misunderstanding, I phoned him in the morning at 8am to schedule to our crisis right away. He had been kind to maneuver his appointment to company with our grease trap company to be able. I'm really love what he did for us today. Cost is reasonable and better. He got scratches on his hand. No thanks!!! Proceed and you won't repent!

In about a months time living in my townhouse (leased ) the kitchen sink failed to drain correctly. As there had been two distinct occupants before me about a ten year interval, it was just a matter of time. My landlord got someone in there ASAP, after the plumber and a day recommended a service in lieu of a snake, but the problem returned. Unfortunately my experience with CM Jetting was not excellent. I left a message, no call back and phoned CM on a Thursday . Exactly a week after I phoned and talked with Carlos. Told him a plumber urged I was searching for that support and have my lineup jetted. We agreed on a price and I said sounds great let's do it. He said he had been finishing a project and had another but could be after that at my place. It was my day off so I said I'll wait at home for him. No reply. I phoned the next morning and left a message stating"I had an appointment yesterdaywas hoping we can do it sometime now". It's been 5 days without a text or call. I phoned another company that was jetting on yelp with testimonials and they stated a plumber could be there between 11 an 1, they did a superb job and showed up at 11, was even cheaper. I am not certain why a company thinks it's okay to generate an appointment and have a customer wait for these and not call even show or text. There was no miscommunication if there was an emergency a 5 text could work, and he had my number. That's entirely impolite and disrespectful.

I phoned Carlos to ask about jetting services for our main sewer line, as well as our garden drainage system. An hour after he got the job and showed up. He took his time and did a very thorough job. His gear is top of the line. I highly recommend him if you will need hydro jetting service or your traces scoped. He gives you the video on thumb drive and has a camera too following the work is finished.

If I could select more celebrities, I would! . . Carlos went beyond and far to the work that he did. He did little extras which were not a part of occupation, explained how to maintain to prevent issues, showed each step along the way to prove his work to me. Money well spent and worthwhile. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

P.S.. He has other plumbing experience (not only hydro jetting) and heating and cooling. When we are prepared to install our air conditioning, we'll be calling him.

Carlos was punctual, factual, and dedicated to fixing our plumbing disaster. Before he began jetting he surveyed our area and identified different ports for entry. . .super important once you have old cast iron pipes! He gradually increased the PSI using a head for BAM and his jetting hose! We flowed once more:-RRB-
Of buying our home after a couple of months, we had a plumbing disaster which left us without running water for three days! Our homeowner's warranty covered the cost to appear and tell us unless we assured that our first born, they couldn't correct the issue. I mean, 3k to simply"evaluate the circumstance." After shopping around for somebody who might encounter on a Friday at 4pm, Carlos graciously agreed to load his truck up and meet us. . .for far less compared to the 2 hydro jetting providers.
