Absolute Plumbing

When a plumbing crisis arose, I contacted Absolute Plumbing, and they promptly provided me. Jose was knowledgeable, and made me feel understood. Service is dependable, fast, and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them as my pipes support.

We made an appointment and they never showed. They called to say they would be late. They refused to pick up the phone or return my phone. No way to run a business!

The proprietor was fixed my problem straight away and succinct and very clear. I referred to friends and loved ones. Thank you!
Was not sure what to expect but need to say it's to get a professional show up on time, be knowledge and supply quality service.

Service, snakes drain just to be sure. Sean was clean polite and professional.

We've called on Absolute Plumbing our plumbing needs for all. When our water heater leaked in the garage last week was no different. Jose managed to come the day to estimate and provided quotes to get a replacement to us. At no time did he attempt to up-sale us we were the only asking for quotes for tankless water heater. He managed to provide a price to us and we opted to the tankless. He managed to set up the following day (and was able to put in it out of our home ) although he did not finish wrapping up everything, he made sure to leave us with warm water before going to another job.
I commend him for conducting a business, from answering the calls, to providing evaluations and estimates, and for performing the job. We would call on his services to our plumbing needs and found him very real.

I will Utilize Absolute Plumbing. Jose is very Honest and educated. On the phone he was a bit short, but was good when he arrived and left. I had been told by a different company I had a difficulty that was $ 5,000; roots in my pipes, and construction. I was shown a movie that was bogus and told lies to get me to begin work right away. As soon as I asked Jose came he said the truth. There was no problem, he fixed a clog that was little . He was prepared to show me every step of the process as he worked and turned out to be really easy to talk to. His par Professionalism, Complete Honesty, and openness is the reason!

Was told to call absolute plumbing by my apartment complex. The owner was rude and condescending and hung up on me. Telephone a more professional firm.

I will continue to be about the search for a plumber that is better although I Had a fine experience with this business. The job. He did was fine for about a week but my toilet was backed up again. Seems like he fixed it so he can come back and charge me . He was a great guy so I don't wish to bash on him but I feel as though he might have done.

His workmanship was fairly rough although the system works fine. He popped a hole but didn't seal it so I had to hound him for something. I also had to ask that he tuck the gasoline line to make it look a little cleaner. I bought where he left the electricity cable some cable track to cover the interior.
We didn't hear back from him for a month. He came back in a huge rush and type of lipsticked it and ran back out the door. So he would tackle the dangling power cord along with some cosmetic issues, I tried to slow him down but he only wanted to get out of there.
Our warm water tank started leaking so I looked around to replace it with a tank-less system. I called they and Absolute came in with a price. Was helpful and really polite. We depended on the kind of heater, and he contacted us and we made an appointment to the weekend when it came. He came out and put in the system onto an outside wall (avoids needing a lengthy flute). After he got it working, he said he just needed some parts to clean up the work.

Jose is just as professional as it gets! He is always incredibly beneficial and available. We've both been using Absolute plumbing and Jose for years both in our company and our house and we trust him completely. I strongly recommend!

This was a hard decision for me to make, but eventually their lack of support is what won a lone star to them. Yes, I am not giving it to them -- they've earned it.
Here is my query Jose - in case you had some semblance of pride of ownership and support with your company PLAN AHEAD and how in the hell did you not check your appointment records the night before. I got off the phone with you at 9:05am you told me you'd be a couple of minutes late. So.... I waited. And waited. And waited.
We have given you repeat business, our name ought to be in your own body, our issues flagged etc.. Instead we get hang-ups, late arrivals and cancellations. That is just too much, although I really liked you guys and valued all the employees I've dealt with in the past.
I've used Absolute Plumbing over 1/2 dozen times in the past four decades and they gave me fast service at a fair cost. Recently though, their support has literally gone down the drain.
In order to take care of issues like this I am 7 months pregnant and have to lug around my two year old together. SCREW UP MY and hassle not just myself, but our tenants when you are not able to plan and prepare you . It's disrespectful, rude and shows me which you have zero want to handle your company.
I chewed you out when I called you back at 9:55 am, basically a hour after our scheduled appointment. Yep, mama bear came out and I gave a quiet, calm and fair part of my thoughts to you and you decided that rather than FIXING my scenario that hanging up on me are the most suitable choice. Well, guess what... I will shout your company name out of every rooftop in San Diego and also make sure nobody uses your small business.
Two words: Repair. It.
I proceeded to repeat my scenario for them for the 20th time and then a light bulb works ..."Oh yeah, you need the kitchen to become jet-flushed. I need a bigger tip for that pipe so we'll be there in a couple of minutes."
They cancelled due to a problem in their current job last week on me. I gave the benefit of the doubt to them and went to reschedule for the following Monday at 9am. I rearranged a time that was brand new arrived as scheduled and waited and waited and waited. I called them Jose acted like he had no idea who I was and when I got to the condominium to confirm that they were arriving. It was EXTREMELY frustrating. They recall nothing don't have any notes rather than call you to check in and confirm appointments.

Intend hiring Jose to fix a broken shower issue at my own residence (that a handyman botched) sometime soon -
He works w/ property managers so I feel this corporation could just be my new go-to Plumbing firm (and trust me, I've used ALOT of technicians within the years).
Well, I must say, Jose is a pretty fair, good man! We have a few properties and called him predicated yelp testimonials. The dude's amazing. A renter was freaking out about a plumbing problem and Jose went over there the next day (he didn't bill me for evaluation and quote!!)
Thank you Jose for helping us (and for the 10% time discount!) ...
Who hasn't hired a plumber and fretted'that I BET he's gonna rip me off. . .SOMEHOW'...

Something stuck in our bathroom. We made an appointment and called. The appointment time was 8 to 9. The quote given was 125$.
The guy never showed up till 9:30. Eventually he gave and showed as 165 $ to the quote. When I requested for 10% discount, he did not accept at first but eventually agreed. He was able to take the object but he'd never let me see what he had been doing. By doing it myself, I wished to find out it so I could spare the money time. Anyways, the problem is, all the stains he left from the toilet bowl. The bathroom looks horrible now. I wish he cleaned the toilet bowl or did a clean job. I would not recommend this place.

These men are scammers and idle. I paid them to clean a 4 inch drain pipe and 3 days later is it backed up . They came out to clean and 2 days later it is backed up. $350 plus they state it was cleared by them but there are roots. If you need to Should I pay a pipe to clean, clear the origins. They want more cash. Clearing a pipe signifies so it does not obstruct again in a week clearing a pipe. Once I called to describe that clearing a pipe signifies clearing it he hung up on me.

Worst potential company customer service I've ever dealt with and that is just from calling for a quote. Total scam artist. Wouldn't put in a water heater till we bought it thought them and nope, of course their price wasn't competitive to any internet retailer like Home Depot etc.. Avoid like the plague

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! They are ruder! I phoned to ask some questions and was advised that he had been too busy to answer inquiries to call back in a letter time. As soon as I said he didn't have to be impolite, he explained I didn't have to call back! WOW! REALLY?! Please folks... You will find tons of additional plumbing firms... Do NOT use this one!!

We showed him the problem and told him the story of the idiots that made the situation worse. Over 20 minutes he cleared the drain and did what the other firm could not figure out between two guys. Sean was respectful and very nice and the Yelp deal they'd saved money. I would definitely go to these guys again and highly recommend them.
After the complete ineptitude of another plumbing firm (check my final review) I found Complete with high evaluations and a lot of them. They said they'd have the ability to come over the hour but around 15 minutes later called and said they'd need to come a bit later but would definitely come. The man (Sean) called when he had been on his way and was here a brief time afterwards.

The drain was tested by him from running water through it before trying to snake it when Raul came out now.
I requested Raul exactly what I owed him for his time. Raul, who is super friendly, stated he wouldn't charge me a dime. I didn't charge anything and can not recall the last time somebody made a house call. Contemplating how friendly he was, that he didn't charge me, and their YELP pricing of 60 was going to be to begin with I wished to give a five star shout out to them.
We had a shower that was backing up in our bath after a couple of minutes. Before calling Absolute Plumbing to snake my drain, I first tried Liquid-Plumr Gel and waited the 15 minutes it stated on the bottle prior to flushing it with hot water. Unfortunately it began to back up into the bathtub. After sopping up with towels the water that had backed up, I called Absolute Plumbing yesterday.

I called for an urgent leak location service requested by the underwriters. Jose managed to squeeze us in first thing the morning after I predicted. He quoted. Not cheap, but honest. Jose was because of a job but he called to let me know.
Some issues that were unexpected were presented by my house. First, my residence is above average in size: two storeys, 5700 SF, 7 baths, and access to the lawn. It took nearly 30 minutes just to check valves and all of the fittings outside and inside to make sure that they were closed off prior to turning the water on. When he turned the water on, there was an irrigation pipe leak that needed to be found and plugged before the house could be tested, and he needed to call two other trucks to find the equipment he needed to do this plug up a 1" PVC pipe. Fortunately, once that was completed, the house turned out to be fine.
But with an invoice for the original price he quoted the Yelp discount, he came back over 2 hours of work later. I told him that wasn't right, and I gave him a bit extra for the inconvenience and also for putting off 3 trucks schedule for the day. Will definitely be using them again! Jose, Thank you!

I've scheduled with Jose and he never revealed both times. Unreliable and unprofessional!
