Steve Morin Plumbing Service

This fall, Jesse fixed two leaky bathrooms, and , was quite clear about upgrading, and explained everything he was doing prior to moving. He was kind enough to talk us we had for future work that is potential.
Eventually, Jesse came out recently to fix the water meter pit. Same expertise - friendly, quality work, clear expectations, etc.. He abandoned the area looking quite fine, and gave us instructions for getting grass seed quickly to make it mix with our lawn.
I've had Jesse, the son of Steve , come to my home three times in the last year, and I have experienced a very positive experience every time. Because our pit was slightly open our water meter froze in lawn. It sprayed on water, and burst, in addition to stopped the water going into my property. Steve spoke to me while I was stressed after with no water in my home for three times, and was very quick to answer the telephone. He did everything he could to correct the program so that Jesse might come help me, at a time when I'm sure many other houses experienced due to the freezing temperatures to pipes. Jesse explained what happened clearly and was friendly. The pit emptied, clarified what I needed to tell the city so they can resolve the meter, and left me to fix the true pit so this wouldn't occur 41, once the weather heated. Steve and Jesse helped me get through my stress and frustration, and taught me some things I didn't know yet about home ownership.
Each time I've called, Steve has been prepared and willing to work with me on pricing, scheduling, and advice. Jesse has been a pleasure to have in my home. I would suggest Jesse and Steve to anybody and we anticipate calling them again later on when we do some home renovations!

There was no explanation for what he did. His reasoning was they"always call beforehand because customers change their minds." This was NEVER.
What started out as a positive encounter was not so wonderful.
I felt comfortable with his testimonials along with him. I took a half day off of work and was home by 11:45 at the latest. Steve called and texted at 12:04 to say"his plumber was on his way and was home?" I didn't hear his phone call or text , either because I did not hear it or simply walked outside to the mailbox at one point once I was mopping the floor. I phoned Steve around thirty minutes after his initial phone call and he curtly told me he sent his employee (his son) to another place. Note: I was home. He said he would send out his son"between 12:30 and 1:30, after he ended up with his prior job." He said he would call beforehand. I'd just texted him images of the water damage the previous night (3/3/19) therefore, of course, I was going to be home.
I would never treat a customer and I would never recommend him.
I was quite clear that I took off, and that he was the plumber I wished to use. Obviously, if I texted him on Sunday night at 7:00 I intended to be, showing images of this water damage in my property to him.

Another wonderful plumbing job accomplished by Steve Morin Plumbing. Jesse showed up when we mended and had been advised the faucets for the cold and warm water for the machine. They do everything on the up and up. Call Steve If you will need a plumber.

Super impressed with the price and service that I obtained from this business. So I'm having to rely to find work done on our residence, I'm new to the place. This business had the best price and found out we had our sump pump changed so that I called around and was able to fit me immediately. Jesse did a fantastic job explaining me everything and getting the machine hooked up and came beforehand. We have moved into Fishers and we had a plumber to set up our water heater and our sump pump. We called around, but decided to proceed with Steve. He was accommodating and very professional. Was not very friendly initially. He was not happy that he needed to hook up our water heater. After he was done he walked me down to show me back up sump pump and how to utilize the water softener. He did a great job at going on the back up sump pump. For some reason it was not functioning and Nevertheless he had told me that the water softener required to regenerate and he didn't know why. I had to inquire do I need to reach out back to you if it doesn't regenerate and he said I suppose. After him departing I sat down to read the information booklet which came with the water heaters and realized it had to call the 1-800 number on the booklet and then had 5gallons of water to start. To which we figured out it wasn't turned on to service it was turned to jump. After turning it it was functioning.

So that it wouldn't kick on, had an error code in my hot water heater. The boy came by and looked at it (for two mins) and I had a fresh hot water heater after consulting his dad. Quoted me $1,900 for a unit with setup.
Do your homework, call the manufacturer, if you need work and receive estimates.
I named the Mfg (AO Smith) myself and discovered it was still under guarantee. Tech Support sent me instructions about how to repair it and told me the code was a flame detector.

Admittedly, we discussed installment with them and instantly went to Lowes to price new units out. But, we heard that their setup doesn't include all of the"kits" you'd need for a proper install. This wasn't the case with Steve -- from start to end -- no hidden prices, he quoted us a price and stuck with it what so ever.
Our water heater died on Memorial Day (obviously ) and that I desperately lay out a request for assistance.
His son and an assistant arrived at the home and were so friendly. They explained what they do after the apparatus was in and what to expect. They gave me tips on prolonging the life span of the new"Condition" brand water heater that they installed. Jesse stuck around to make sure it had been warming up until he left and took the opportunity to answer inquiries.

We had two leaking toilets. I emailed on Monday and received an immediate response. They scheduled for Wednesday, showed up early (!!) , were efficient, and considerate fairly-priced. For any plumbing requirements, We'll surely call them.

I had been given a same-day appointment for a gasoline leak. Jesse was very professional and knowledgable. He gave a very clear explanation of the issue and it would be fixed by him. He had been finished in a limited time and the project was done nicely. When I want a plumber, Steve Morin will be called by me again and I'll ask for Jesse.

Here is actually the second time we have called upon Steve Morin Plumbing and have continued to be pleased. They are extremely responsive on the phone and are extremely good with communication and keeping you informed. Helper and jesse came on schedule and went right to work to remove the old water heater and then set up the new one. They were careful and very efficient . They were able to replace a shut off valve that not worked while here. I would definitely hire again and highly recommend!
