We were saved by Entirely this morning with a severely clogged bathroom. He had been at our place within 12 minutes, and quickly and efficiently fixed the issue (which included removing the bathroom and putting it back !) . Joe was nice and exceptionally professional, and was the dude. Would highly recommend.
We'd called another company (Minneapolis St. Paul Plumbing) for a just a routine cleaning of our sewer pipes because of past issues with sewer back up from tree roots. They had been here for less then one hour and advised us that we probably had a cracked sewer pipe and we had been quoted $5500 to fix the pipe at the front lawn visiting the street Then they charged $340.00. For doing nothing but putting fear in us which we had a issue with our sewer line. Before shelling out that kind of money we chose to get another opinion. We are glad we did because Cutting Edge sent . He ran a camera and stated old sewer pipes are in fantastic condition with no cracks in the sewer pipes. Their technicians are contracted by the company sub. Cutting edge employees are not sub put the effort in to provide a proper cleaning and contracted. Though we had to invest more cash to have the pipe cleaned we've got part of mind that the job was completed. They employed no scare tactics and can give veterans a reduction. No damage occurred inside the home and they left my basement in the same state. Always check with a company to be certain because you never know what you will get for service they don't sub contract. We will call Cutting Edge sewer and drain the next time with the anticipation of a job well done!
Joe from Cutting Edge Sewer came out to clean my primary drain. I told him I constantly had to have the drain emptied with the machine that was massive through the line. Drywall had covered my primary line and he gave me the option to pay more and have him undergo the cellar toilet so that I would not need to poke a hole in my walls. I agreed. He was a bit on the pushy and rude side. He did a poor job of replacing my toilet and was smeared on my floor and looks horrible. My drain backed up than ever 4 weeks later. I talked to Joe again and that I had been so rude and told me there is not any guarantee on the work since they moved through the toilet and they cannot utilize the blades when moving through a toilet. He should have given the option to me and never explained that to me doing the work. If he told me there was no guarantee and they might only use small blades I'd have never had him undergo the toilet. I'd be OK with the issue when they gave me a deal on doing it again and were not rude to me! It is shocking how this place could be so arrogant and rude to customers. I think this guy might be the owner also! Rude!
