Lost my key for my Mazda 3. Don came out immediately after I substituted, cut and called and programmed my key for half of what the dealership quoted me for. It is programmed by going to order a replacement fob and also have him . They arrived to the home that was great since I'd have needed to tow my car. Super relieved.
One of the worst service ever had someone hang up on me. They tried to deceive me and me husband into paying hand. DO NOT GO HERE THE MANAGER IS A JERK!!!!!!!!!!
Can't say I'm please. At least 40 mins to get into my house, it is a lock. I had been quoted 30 second. The guy seemed like he worked more off if a hope and a prayer ability. On top of that it was $25 to get a motorist fee, and $125 for the lock AND and additional $85 per lock. Avoid. I wish I wasn't using a phone I would have predicted. Both pages that are Yelp and oh is super weird and kinda shady!

Worst company in Tucson, Owner really shouted at me on the phone when his, so called"tech", couldn't re-program my electric lock. Then told his tech to tell me that he was on his way and would be coming over in 15 to 20 minutes. I waited for half an hour, called the number back to learn they'd blocked my phone number. This is how they can't find out, react to issues they either, or don't have the expertise. There are nice folks in Tucson that will fix your locks, DON'T USE THESE IDIOTS...
Don't offer your earnings to this company. I know that it may seem tempting because of the prices, but they had been horrendously unprofessional by threatening and swearing me. We made an appointment along with also the workplace quoted us a cost of $89. All of a sudden, I am getting text messages about the cost is now $400 more, from Don. We explained the situation, called our dealership and asked if that 550 cost quote to receive two keys cut created any way; needless to say they said no. The keys should be in the area of 200. I'm going to post the text message market and allow them to talk for themselves. Would you like this individual where you live knowing?
