Saturday our doorknob on the door in the house to the garage stopped working. I searched the web for how to repair it. I couldn't find anything that could restore it to working order. As we had family members transitioning in and out over the next few days, so I chose to contact a locksmith, it was going to become a bigger nuisance than I was ready to take.
I was ecstatic. While they didn't make money now for supplying services on me, I must say, I will always advocate and choose this latch company. While I did not talk with the owner, Sheila, she hires people that are educated, and fosters an environment of integrity and one of connections. I highly recommend them for quality their understanding and skills, in addition to their integrity!
After some research on Yelp, I selected Arapahoe County Security Center. They notified me that Saturdays automatically go into an overtime charge per hour that if I could wait until Monday it'd be a cheaper visit/repair As soon as I reached out. Because of the weekend traffic we went to have I elected to get a Saturday repair.
Wolfgang, the tech, contacted me. I clarified the matter. He told me that I could pull the latch myself out, called me back immediately with a diagnoses of the problem, and put in a brand new one from any hardware store to get around $10's cost. It was little trick to remove the latch, and that I had to contact Wolfgang for a confirmation, but it came out.

Wasn't able/willing to do a quote through Yelp for lock repair/replacement. Was told dispatcher quote and would call over the phone???

Ummm, it was WAY more than the hour delay in somebody calling me. Another firm (JobDone) had been here, mended the lock left until I got a telephone.

I filed a request and they got back. Came the Following Day. Really friendly and professional and gave me ideas for things to do with an closet lock.

5 decades later, these guys are providing service. I had and it was repaired by them in under 20 minutes.

They pulled a key that was broken in my Thule ski box. It was reasonably priced and super quick.

We've used ACSC off and on . Shortly, we will call on them for over Medeco locks as well as their setup. Simply put, they're at the peak of the business. That is the only call to create, In case you're looking for safety and locksmith services.

They can make a key for about anything. If you're searching Fantastic guys to work with a selection of safes and locks in store. I worked together with Pablo, he was great!
I lost both of my Shed keys. New lock will be approximately 40.00. I introduced it to the store that I recently noticed and removed the lock. With in 15 mins they had it re keyed and 2 new keys for approximately 15.00! I was amazed that it may be done so fast and cost effective. Saved me about 25.00 plus must help out the local guy.

Went here and as always the Support is helpful I look forward to doing more business with them Later on and perfect they Are very nice people keep up the good work guys

I took my 1968 Mustang to their store since the hubcaps had after mill locks installed (not locking lug nuts) and that I did not have a key for them. They were able make me two new keys for under $20.00 and it was done within about a half an hour. The guys were very informative and friendly.

I had a technician come out to fix our sliding door lock. The locked; nonetheless was mended by him . I called to get it repaired only to learn that I would be charged the full price to fix it because the job is guaranteed for 30 days. I attempted to call 2 weeks prior to get it fixed which would have put me in the 30 day window only to be told that they couldn't schedule me and to call back. Poor follow when things go wrong....very unsatisfactory as a home owner.

Outstanding customer service from first question to job that is finished. Many thanks to Tony for sticking with the problems I had been having and getting my car fixed! Will use again and recommend to anyone wanting service and great prices!

These men are excellent, mine was a little pricey but the job they did end was worth the price paid. . .my only gripe is that I live in Green Mountain. . .its a drive. Keep up the fantastic work!

I have only great things to say..my 12 year-old son bought a sterile key of his favourite soccer team, to have his own home key. You'd think I was hoping to steal a car. . .if you didn't purchase it we can not cut on it. . .can you sign this waiver if it breaks the _3_EXTENSION I get it really? He said he would charge me because of all the drama and it was for my kid. Essential works perfectly...I may need to purchase them pizza! I will definitely recommend this place, they go a step farther for sure.

This was done to add safety for our office employees. I had first contacted another locksmith vender which was closer to my business. He surveyed the occupation, left me with, I'll do some research and get back to you", then never did. Me soured with this enterprise. I then contacted Arapahoe County Security Center at Aurora, asking a tech provide a written quote on parts and labour and respond to analyze the project. The tech"Trent", followed with what in a timely fashion so that I could examine everything. The quote was fair so that I could see just what parts could be expected and required labour charges involved, and broken down. Once I excepted the quote, the job was scheduled and done. From my first call to their office, to the completed job done by Trent, everyone I dealt with was professional and it was evident that they did every thing to manage my requirements and understood that their job. I totally would recommend Arapahoe County Security Center, Inc to anyone needing building safety, surveillance cameras or locksmith type function. They do it all. Hats off to staff and their organization. With their support to my company, they rate a 5 star review!

The men at Arapahoe County Security Center were quite helpful in directing me with the most cost effective way to the locks at my home. I stopped by to inquire about pricing. They informed me their rates for coming into my house for re-keying, recommended that I fetch the locks in for re-keying because it was the cheapest alternative. They even said that they would have the ability to talk me if I needed. Once I get the locks provided with brand new keys and copies for all of my locks with me fast re-keyed them. Additionally, they were able to perform this all quickly and a few days prior to Christmas. I highly recommend these guys for any locksmith questions and/or problems. :--RRB- BK
