I asked for a quote to add a heavy lock to a bedroom doorway and Haim Amsalem phoned me back within 10 minutes, he asked a couple of questions,'' said he could do the project gave me a moment he could be in my residence and he had been on time, professional, gave me a entire break down of services. His service is then needed by me again the next day to do a Emergency lock change he had been at my residence within 30 minutes did the job. Was very impressed with Haim client service.
Thank you so much! They are a life saver. Last minute the doorway to our company broke. The lock cylinder dropped out. In 6:00pm Saturday evening Jay came to the rescue. He managed to put in a cylinder and allow me to copies of the key that is new too. He was professional and quick. I would strongly recommend them to everyone. Excellent customer services. I will hire them again to correct the rear door to our company.
