I just saw one guy. I think the company is two steps from being defunct. I predicted a month ago as a result of multiple breakin attempts at the home I recently. In comes John with fresh deadbolts, a new door tug, the old version of the Ring.com doorrbell with camera along with a promise that he would rekey my deadbolts. After discovering no rekeying happened it's been everything from he and his kid being ill, his car was at the shop, routing my callss to voicemail and not revealing the last times he promised to complete the job. Because I believed he had been thorough and reliable shame. Certainly I am wrong.

The worst customer service experience I've ever seen. The locksmith (John Negev) advised me he'd be there in 30 minutes. He did not return any of my calls in between that time, and showed up over than the time he must happen to be there. From the time he got here I demanded an apology but he whined and blamed the traffic. I told him that I went to file a complaint because of his lack of communication and how blessed he was. He changed and got defensive to an aggressive tone. He proceeded to verbally attack me and said,"Oh you wish to file a complaint? Then I will leave you at this time." I had no choice because I was in a hurry, but to apologize for his wrong doings and needed to fulfill a client.
