Catherine hooked up me by programming my 2014 Nissan Leaf key. I purchased one on the internet and brought it to her. She did the job. The dealerships I called wanted to charge me $300, and desired $125. She did the job and I have a spare key only in case. Very delighted with quality of work the cost, and the service.
Went into this store to get two 2009 Prius Key fob batteries replaced. The gentleman working told me that they could not be fixed because when you set them that they charge and he could not replace the batteries. If he could recommend anywhere else, I asked and he told me to visit the Toyota dealership. Frustrated I googled Prius found a tutorial which was straightforward and remotes, went out to my car and only utilized a battery. Took me less than five minutes to fix and only cost me a $1.00 each for your batteries. Do not know why I didn't google before I moved. Lesson learned !

Very remained open for me when I ran last minute before they were supposed to shut and considerate. They left a key for me personally he was unsure whether it'd work (because of where the first was made) but advised me to come back if it didn't and he'd refund it. Great customer service!
Awful customer service. After waiting for over 2 hours when they stated it'd be 45-60 minutes and having them keep saying the man would be here each time we called to check they finally said they wouldn't be able to come. Instead of making us wait for nothing, if they told us 9, it would be nice.
I phoned and was told they'd arrive in 45 minutes. We were phoned by them then told us they would not be able to come and gave us some other locksmith which didn't actually answer the phone's number. So today we r waiting another 45 minutes for one more locksmith...
Customer service. I love the fact that there is really a locksmith . Very nice guy who repaired my lock! Good place and easy.
