Bob is a master of the craft and a true professional. He saved the day while traveling after losing my keys when I was locked. showed up in my building, after calling him and within 30 minutes I had a brand new pair of keys to mailbox, construction, and my device. I highly recommend his services!

Fantastic experience! After knowing there should be heaps of keys floating around and living in my apartment for a little while, I decided to change my locks. Until he left, bob did not blink when I asked for 12 copies came over right away, and also gave some advice. Easy to work with very professional, and gets the job done.

They claim to be"high end" but when called for a simple duplication of a Situation Secret, they Stated they"did Not have the Gear"The key in question was for a jewelry situation in a jewelry store in which I operate. It's a legitimate key to get a standard (within the display industry) lock.

Amazing! Certainly call Bob! I locked myself out of my apartment and he came when he could. He was fabulous - I trusted him, he did a fantastic job, personable, fantastic cost . He was better compared to locksmiths I have used previously - hands down - and priced.
While locked out, I called around to other"locksmiths". Bob cautioned me , and he was right, they are not really locksmiths and they essentially try to rip you off. I cancelled a different service which I didn't trust and they showed up after Bob tried to get me to pay them and was there. Bob was wonderful and handled the situation. After a little research it is apparent that there are a whole lot of guys out there which promise to be handymen or locksmiths that can not actually do the task and destroy your lock. They pop up using a number and website but no credentials and then give you an arm and a leg.
With no doubt phone wait for him and Bob if you need to. It is not worth calling anybody else! I guarantee!

I've had a few other events to want the solutions for work of Bob also. He is personable and fast and great. Rates appear a little high, but I do not have much to compare to. For me, I've never needed a night call, so I can't talk to that.

Bob was advocated by Jack in Charles Street Supply--we knew that this was a fantastic start since Jack literally has never failed us together with any recommendations. Bob was, as expected, fantastic. Responsive, courteous, friendly, and knows his stuff. Fixed two locks that were ancient that the previous tenants had broken, planed down a door hinges that were repaired. Totally affordable.

Bob did work on our house. Moved into an older home with doors that didn't close correctly and when they did we could not open them would spin. He swapped each of our door grips out in a day and half an hour vacuumed up his own mess! Fabulous job, only wish he could do more than simply locks as his job was excellent.

Had a crisis situation on a weekday at which the lock has been broken and door had been cracked across that it would lock or close correctly. After phoning area locksmiths without a response, I called Beacon Hill Lock and Bob immediately answered the telephone. Where he could coach me to correct the lock for the 36, he had been willing to travel the hour from his house to work on the issue that day, but also gave an option. The temp option worked, and Bob arrived promptly to assess the circumstance. He was able to correct everything and install metal plate a brand new doorknob and lock. Additionally, he only charged for the hour of his time daily (maybe not the day phone support ) and parts. Bob is quite straight forward and honest.
