Could not open the door. Two locks had jammed. It was not an emergency so I scheduled the appointment for the morning after since I really could enter the home through the back door. He had been eliminated the locks and set up a brand new deadbolt lock. I needed keys that he made. He made alterations to the doorway, or so the lock activity is perfect.
