Had a great experience with these men. The owner responded to my request to get a quote super on Yelp and got me on their schedule right away. Loved I was able to schedule them all by simply messaging on Yelp! The technician who showed up was very friendly and professional and got the job done fast (we had a couple locks re-keyed). Highly recommended!

Locked out in Brentwood and as soon as I call from the person sighed at me on the telephone, and wouldn't give me a direct cost as soon as I pushed for it he cussed at me like really cussed at meI am directly awe struck, I won't be calling them again.

Quite happy with the business I've done here. Quick service and great prices. The owner is also quite knowledgeable in regards to all things lock and key both old and new.

When I asked the woman who answered the phone was extremely bad customer service and refused to provide her name. She prices the company a 175 job as a result of her negativity! Will recommend or not ever use this organization!

All Lock and Key has been the quickest company in communicating a quotation, the most competitive in pricing (no service call charge for replacement a mailbox secret ), and they performed the repairs in no time. If I ever require a locksmith in St. Louis, I will certainly call them again.

I had a key for my toyota I had the push start but no key. Everyone here was extremely helpful and got me precisely what I wanted for a portion of the price of what I would have paid for in the dealership! Definitely suggest this place:)

Very professional and excellent communication! The locksmith managed to get my door open quickly and quickly and was punctually!

I managed to obtain a keyless entry online and get A-All Lock & Key to program and cut it, potentially saving me tens of thousands over taking the car and having them do it. The process required about 30 minutes, but well worthwhile.

Locked from residence. Side note - I presumed actual unlocking procedure was quite cool to see done by a pro even though I've done a few amateur lock picking and lock re-keying decades and had idea of what it could entail - Thank you!
Received a fast response and estimate with time period of an hour. Called and left message for tech (assuming on call), twenty minutes later still hadn't heard from tech so I called again. Really informed he'd arrive in an hour, and and technology spoke this time. He arrived after hour had past... (grr...), but managed to quickly get me back into my home to receive my keys. Was disappointed in how long it took to really get onsite, but very pleased with all aspects of service.

After having locked my keys only after 10:00 PM, I predicted this place. Both a girl and a man and I talked. My information was taken by the girl. The man advised me to expect him and quoted me $75 money only to unlock my vehicle. He never showed up nor did he call.

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST! He says if the men and women show up tell them to go away and someone is going to be there in 3 minutes. Within 3 minutes the All Lock worker shows up and informs me this other firm is famous to all reputable locksmiths for scaring them and ripping off girls. The man at All Lock and Key was SO NICE. I felt comfortable having him there.
The first guy (scam artist) pulls up in a shady van and requires me when he sees the All Lock van in my driveway. He begins yelling at me. I told him I called his dispatcher and told them to inform him immediately to turn around because he was 2 hours late and I'd called someone else. He exits the van and he's yelling at me demanding money. I tell him because he was so late and wasn't performing the job and to leave and that I was hanging up. I could understand him, he had a thick accent.
Approximately 45 minutes go by and I get a phone call from a foreign girl obviously lying in bed and she confirms the speech and says they will be there in 20 minutes. So this additional firm is SUPER.
Anyway. All Key and Lock Co's service is as good as it gets. I felt so safe with him there and that I appreciated the person answering the phone and the tech telling me about the organization that harassed me and came out. I expect that should I ever want them that they are there for me. I also hope that no one actually uses the very first scam company (Amerikey) to their own security!
This company really helped me out in more ways than simply opening my door. This morning I locked myself from my house. I couldn't find any location that opened before 8 and called around. Luckily I had my cell and Googled a company that said they could dispatch a person and they would be there in 20-30 minutes.
If you are in St. Louis USE ALL LOCK AND KEY CO and not AMERIKEY! They send out if Amerikey comes up in your Google search for any local number! I don't care how desperate you are.

The All Lock guy said not to worry because the guy wouldn't get out of his van with him there and he managed to open my door. The time this guy harassing me and is across the street calling me. I can not understand him and I let him leave. The All Lock man turns out and waives off him and says,'You want to leave now.'
I was so afraid the thick accent guy was planning to do something to my house (still am stressed ) and that he would circle back after he abandoned. I stayed home and pointed my ADT cameras outside the window to capture anyone while I'm gone, coming to my front or rear door. I was seriously scared of this guy. The dispatcher for the very first guy (Amerikey) calls and I inform him that his man scared me and that I was afraid of him damaging my house and that he was yelling at me and demanding I come out to his van along with my credit card. The dispatcher says he is going to speak with the driver about being 2 hours late and that there's no charge. But I'm still freaked out. I'm sure the dispatcher is in some portion of the nation and doesn't even understand these contractors.
I describe to All Lock and Key Co I had already called another firm but they were nearly 2 hours. I am told by them that they charge $65 and that I said that are too much. The person at All Lock says,"Did they say they would charge you $35??" And I said yes they did! They are scam artists and as soon as they get there your bill is going to wind up being around $300. They prey on girls and use intimidation to get the money"

I lost my car keys needed a new key cut ASAP, on a Saturday. They showed up fast and had me on my way in no time! They're amazing!

Called A-All Lock & Key and they came within around 30 minutes. By replacing the cylinder of a classic Yale lock they fixed the last locksmith's repair from last month. The replacement cost less than the last locksmith's repair! I strongly suggest A-All Lock & Key.

In all honesty, I hope I never want these guys , but knowing they're a choice in a time of need is reassuring!

Joe was very friendly and accommodating and answered the call. Since I was on my way home from an out of town 25, I managed to have my own brother meet with him and this wasn't a problem.
I had an unfortunate miscommunication having a buddy who stayed in my house over the weekend and needless to say, I was locked out of my residence.

Cash only!!! While it ran in front of my house locked the keys. Called this location after looking at Yelp and they came within 20 minutes. Cost was $65 (cash only) and they had my truck started with no issue. The guy was fine. I will use them again if I find myself in such a situation (but hopefully not).

Called about broken key in door lock. Quoted $75 more than phone and response within the hour. True to their word, Don C. arrived and fixed problem under 5 minutes, plus gave me some advice about other lock issues.

Great service and price. After looking around on Google, many locksmiths seemed to be shady. From $19 to promises. There was A All Lock completely legit. I had been advised they would be he here in thirty minutes and got locked out , sure enough they were promised. 5 minutes later they were gone! Thanks guys!

I got locked out at 11pm and this was. They picked the phone on the initial call up and came at exactly the time. They were very professional and made sure I lived in the apartment (comforting thought they check on this). Part is they only take cash-for me it was a hefty $85.

No Stars. I called another business. . .got within 5 seconds. All- Lock did call back. . Clearly they could care less. CALL SOMEONE ELSE, NOT WORTH IT!
They're rude. They're unprofessional. They're late. Hope you do not get the fellow with a bad attitude, Corey. He was so rude & jerky (and overdue ) when he demonstrated to get me in my apartment and he still expected me to kiss his ass! I told him he needed to change his attitude and he left & did not do the job! I called an"owner", that was unsure about his standing with the company who told me he would come out & do the job, but it may take an hour. And this owner did not seem to care about Corey's behaviour...I suppose he's just someone's son.

Quite pleased with the service!! A guy was there in 15 mins of my phone for support. He was able to change my disposition from pissed off to joking about my mistake in a matter of minutes. These can be my people if I lock my keys in my car again!
