B. By Locksmith Experts came out and fixed a very intricate lock. Made it work like new. Highly recommend.
Two other locksmiths gave a rough quote to me easily. This location is currently preying on innocent customers who are in a pinch.
I called to complain about the fee but first I asked a representative called"Erin" for a quote to select one deadbolt on a residential telephone. She said the service fee is $19 and prices start at $45. She wouldn't give me a quote. As soon as I recognized myself if I didn't pay the bill and the telephone I was inquiring about cursed at me and said, I would be sued by them.
I left a message for the owner today with ZERO call backagain.
Is this?
At any rate, I'm likely to call back one more time to attempt to resolve the issue.
Be warned.
:10 was spent by the tech about the service telephone and billed $380. Price gouging anybody?
My wife was locked out. She walked to a retirement community to use the phone and call a locksmith and called that provider. She was told that the service call was $19 and established started at $45 for the lock. Sounded good.
Terribly shady business practices. No upfront pricing. Overcharge for services. Generally untrustworthy and swarmy. Avoid at all costs
Worst locksmith! They are rude, take too long, and WAY overcharge!
This location was called by me and has been advised that they could do the job - make a copy key. So I scheduled an appointment, They'd also come to my home for $19. I've quite explicit details regarding the kind of key involving the newest, etc.. The next day they called and told me that they couldn't make the key. It's a for key! What can't make a door key that is duplicate?
Shady people service. Listen to ALL the reviews and do not go! They do not give cash and rates hungry.
There are incorrect. They were not on time in any way. Do apply these people. They were impolite. Each single time you asked them where they were they wouldn't offer an genuine answer only kept saying we will be. It took an hour and a half
The prices are. Website said $40 for a car lockout and I paid $150 -3x the price that was quoted. After the lockout had been completed, And of course that the price was given to me. Direction wasn't any help and stated"the website is outdated". Wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!!
Work - on expert advise time, and highest quality workmanship! Michael was an excellent technician! Ask for him... you will be in great hands.
I wish that these folks could be given stars by me. I locked myself outside of my condominium and was stranded outside with phone battery and known as the Locksmith Experts. I explained what happened and asked how much it would cost and they could not give me a response. They did not tell me it was going to charge me and came to the doorway when they showed up an hour after. I saw him write $19 for the service charge and then my lock was unlocked by him in less than a moment and told me it'd be $369 dollars. Told me that I needed to pay cash, business check, or card. Said he'd FOLLOW ME TO THE ATM TO GET CASH OUT!! How creepy. I said no I would pay with card, which I was told would be a 10% charge which left me with a statement of $426. We tried to reason together and they had been rude and would not budge on the matter. They are scamming people. NEVER USE THESE THEM!!
What a dreadful experience. The technician was sent for a residential lockout that"begins at $45" based on their site pricing. The technician came and when asked for an estimate said that he wasn't sure because it was an older door knob. The project was finished in about 1 minute and when the invoice was written up the last bill came to over $400!! The technician said,"well your homeowners may cover it probably" like this was an advantage. He proclaimed that the work cost isn't based on how long it happens but how complex the job may be when speaking with the supervisor. I really don't know lots of people who may get a project that is complex worth $400+ done in a moment. He was of no assistance and has been argumentative when I questioned the cost. What employee foundation and an absolutely horrible business to utilize. I will file multiple complaints to every agency accessible.

We paid Locksmith Experts to replace the door lock. The old lock was drilled out by the technician installed on a new one. He utilized one screw to secure the lock on the door and didn't clean the metal shavings on the ground up. I phoned Locksmith Experts and requested them to complete the work properly. The technician promised to come out to my property. I was never called by him . I still no one showed up and had made several calls. I phoned them this morning after a week of calling but they hung up the phone on me. They charged me $250 for its half-ass support. I paid with cash. They said they didn't have some record of the job done at my residence, when I called them the time to whine. I believe when they are paid by clients with cash they don't keep document for tax filing. This type of crook and shady enterprise. Don't employ this company for any reason.
Was with a key fob in my leased 2018 push button launch Chevy Malibu - On A Sunday! At the hotel! In a city from out of town in your business! Called Locksmith Express I discovered Online and plus they set up an appointment to meet me at the car after I had been away by the USPS. A locksmith called Ben with that company came out the same day at the time and got me rolling using a key fob. He was extremely courteous and professional, and only got getting my key - oh - plus it had been a record high of 96 degrees. Anyhow - this man was a real professional. Nice as handed me a key fob within 35 minutes and could be. Will definitely recommend this company to my friends and will use them again. Final note - he has to come out and tear your car apart to get amounts reprogram the key and I think they cut me a square deal, since those fobs cost a couple hundred from the mill. These men were service and the very best cost, but it won't be cheap. It calms me but I will recommend Ben and the company Locksmith Experts to my USPS associates...
I want to cover him The moment he gets outside, he tells me. I inform him that I'll pay after the service. It takes him and the price becomes $155. I ask him why and his answer because I am in a parking garage is. At this point, I'm done dealing with him and consent to cover. He insists on going outside the garage.
While we are driving , he calls to ask to speed the process up. I inform him that I'll pay outside and he continues to state he wants my credit card information. My card is declined, when we get out. He tells me I'm wasting his time by giving a car to him. I punch in the data to have it be approved, When it being denied twice. After he writes a bill and writes my name as'Shelfe Donkey'.
The man they sent was absolutely incompetent. I had my car as well as the motorist called asking if I could push down my car so he wouldn't have to pay the fee for in. I must have hung up the telephone and discovered somebody else.
Took him 15 minutes to locate me. I inquired if he drove the truck and saw a second car. His reply? Yes. Later on, we found out he is forcing a white mini van. So it was near impossible to navigate him towards me he didn't know his lefts or rights.
I'd locked my keys in my car while on holiday, so I picked on . Big mistake. The man I spoke to was friendly and considerate. He said that the cost could be around $50. Seemed a little pricey, but I wouldn't be able to go anywhere with no keys.
Your company turned into a bad situation to a positive person! Thank you very much for responding and also for fixing the damage yet another firm did to my daughters car! Highly suggested! The guys we really pleasant and walked me step by step through the procedures!
My tech was really quickly, he had been there within 20-30 minutes of my initially calling dispatch. Took him moments. I didn't bother asking for a quotation because I knew it'd be expensive and have a brand new car, but it was not anything silly.
This is a bait and switch business. They do not charge you the price they quote but what they could squeeze out of you. Never use this provider again. A window'd break . It might have been more economical.
They said it'd cost $30 and on the telephone. They unlocked the door and arrived . All they did was pick the lock in my own garage. It'd be 175 After we signed the receipt. He just bounced out of there fast once we got in and when we checked the charge card statement. I might have done the job myself and it literally took him mins. Any charge under 75 could have been nice but 175 for an easy job not telling us and is outrageous it'd be much. I do not recommend this company they're so shady. We called and they said they can do nothing about it. DON'T USE THEM. Very sketchy employees
If I could give no stars I would. Same as any folks stated. They quote you one price and charge something different. Is that the guy scared my wife so poor she wanted him out of the home!
