Key Harbor

It wasn't the situation, as might have been great for the part to function the very first time and not have to make the trips. However, it could have been a lot more painful, and Key Harbor (and Myles specifically ) bent over backwards to make it as smooth as possible and make my doors working correctly again!
Unfortunately, the part sent by the distributor was faulty, and it stopped working after about a week. This led to me being completely locked out of my car since the battery was dead (a unrelated problem), and he drove down on a Saturday to get me into my vehicle and jump my battery! He ordered the replacement part for me (an upgraded variant even this time), and set up it for free in only 20 minutes that time.
So I had to get a brand new door mechanism for my own car (they actually let me realize, I thought it was just the secret being too outdated ), and they were very helpful in ordering the part and flexible with the installation occasions. Myles said it would be around 90 minutes tops As soon as I came in for installation but he'd do it as fast as he can, and finished in just about thirty minutes.

Nearly forgot about this tragic institution. My key was lost for 3 days, they needed to return for me to replace it because it could not be driven. Before they had left to head to me; before they had cut on the key, I got a call that my key was found. I called them to let them know I no longer had the key. They refused to refund me a cent of that which I'd paid. Which included the charge to meet with me. The key was never made

This family business comes through for us again. Myles spoke me for replacing the key broken at the ignition of my Ford Focus. Everybody in the shop got involved. The RF fob was cleaned, a fresh pair of electronic chip keys were cut, along with the piece was carefully removed and also got a new battery restoring it to full function. Way under a trip. Great service, caring attention, high-tech equipment.

After calling 3 times and asking all of the questions I had I went there yesterday to find a key for my Toyota Camry. Miles was pleasant and informative and made my experience completely wonderful! From checking into walking out of there with two keys required about 20-25min.
Miles explained they make the key and buy a code although I was somewhat skeptical about paying money just to have keys that won't work. He also came with me to the car to make sure it functioned both on the door and the ignition.

Simply a fraud. Me charged 128 bucks for nothing. They then asked a few dollars to get key fob. Just dreadful, awful!! I wish there was less one star to speed. Ensure that you don't consent to cover unless some work is done.

I had to get a key and fob for my Lexus. I am believed by far less costly than visiting a Lexus dealership. You understand they are very nice, in the event that you've ever been into a Lexus dealership but you pay for every bit of that niceness in the end. I thought that I would have time to walk around the mall and catch a bite to eat. Key Harbor to my surprise had me in and out the door before I could complete sending a text into my spouse. I found them in be incredibly friendly and quite helpful. It feels great to have a working key. Thanks thanks a lot. I'll certainly use them again for my future needs, thanks again for a great job. They gave me a free appetizer coupon for McCormick & Schmick's which is a great restaurant at the mall.

Fantastic thing about this company is that it is a family owned company. So you do not need to jump through hoops just like you would at other places, or searching for bargains. When I asked how long they'd guarantee my crucial, they said 30 days is the standard but because they are a family owned company to bring it back they'd look after it and if I had any problems. Service is quick and excellent and also for a excellent price. I will be back for any additional keys I want
Came here after having replaced it via Amazon to get a key for the Honda accord. I was frustrated and call the Honda dealership. They said they were going to charge me $140 to find a brand new key. No exceptions. So I chose to Google locksmiths that replace car keys. I came across their shop and called immediately. They gave me a quick resolution and the matter was explained to them by me and cut me a deal.
I came in immediately and after about 10 minutes, the key was cut, reassembled and prepared to go.

Fortunately, thanks to a recommendation from a garage, I moved into Key Harbor. They could provide me keys and sync them into the car for half of the cost. Matt and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to explain different options and working together to get.
Long story short, of we wanted a new secret, we were told, we could go to a Honda dealership and pay $300.
Not having a vehicle since we came out of NYC, it seemed like the ideal situation. Aside from the suspicious paint job and truth the sunlight burns off the side of my body when driving, the car drives. Back in the afternoon don't ask when, but at any point one of the keys to the car broke, and my brother in law, being the MacGyver thought'super glue fixes everything'. The key was placed back into the holder, but not one of the buttons worked. Eventually, the secret fell out leaving me with not many options.
They have reserved parking areas and are located by the H&M at the mall. All in all it took about 30 minutes. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Where it won't stand behind, I will never buy any product or service. Too many choices on the market.
Be cautious of this sales pitch and do your own homework.
If you don't buy their keys they won't guarantee their job.
I listened because he tried to product and degrade that wasn't from them and quoted individuals prices.

Fantastic customer service and far better costs compared to dealer. The reception is bright and clean, and the turnaround time is excellent. Customer service really stands out to this particular corporation. I would highly recommend. My only suggestion is to get reception wifi. While waiting for service Clients browse or could work.

Miles was wonderful. Their products and customer service are put on. Will def return.

Matt in the Durham place (Guess Rd.) gave me a fantastic deal on a wise secret for my Prius, saving me more than 30% of the dealership quoted mehours of my time. He answered all my questions, and was friendly and communicative on the telephone. It was easy to envision a consultation to get the new key and Matt explained me the procedure, start to finish. The key reprogramming and cutting was done in about 20 minutes. I am quite delighted with his job. I hope I don't NEED to use his services (replacing a wise key is still quite expensive), but will gladly recommend him for good value and service.

They've a fantastic selection of keys and keys. They make keys to your car or truck and home, just about. Key Harbor also has remote entry fobs. They are sold by them program to your car or truck. Quick and friendly service. I have used a few times to them and recommended a number of people.

Key Harbor is saved me ton of cash and awesome. I broke key and off my key fob apart. Dropped it on the boom and floor dealer said $400 to fix. Took it to Key Harbor and unfortunately they weren't able to put the key into the key fob. But for $75 that they could remake my key. As soon as I went to the store one there was enjoying the piano. Really cool atmosphere. I dropped my key at the mall off ate lunch. I will recommend this place to everyone!

Extra Keys Made Quick I had a quick errand and I snapped in a spot that is different than I generally do. I parked so I entered the mall from H&M, Professional Sports (the old TriSport store ), and Gloria Jean's Coffee. Key Harbor is nestled between Professional Sports and Gloria Jean's. I didn't know was a vital store . Cool! I needed an extra mailbox key and I stopped in to see if Key Harbor could make a backup for me. The key was $5.34. In less than 5 minutes, I left Key Harbor along with my key and ended running my errand in the mall. Quick and convenient!

A word about price: yes, it will be expensive. But that is the nature of the scenarios that Key Harbor deals with. Where a dealer would charge me an arm and a leg, Key Harbor only charged an arm, and only up to my elbow. They're also able to supply you with a quote up front, so that you do not waste your time when trying to find the very best price!
In the process, I found a great business that offers service at a very reasonable price, although I've learned my lesson to have a spare key.
I dropped my only pair of keys. Never thought it'd happen to mepersonally, but it did. From the moment I predicted Key Harbor, I receive efficient and honest service. In about 3 hours, I called in my vin #, my possession was verified by them, they left a few secrets, and they came to my location and programmed my keys!

Fantastic support!! We had one crucial mended and all was made by a duplicate in under half an hour. The gentleman working there was friendly and answered all of our questions in person and within the phone. The shop inside has fun decoration. There is a small waiting area, but because of the convenient location you could walk around the mall if you want to as you wait. I would certainly suggest this place.

Over-Priced & Rude. Whoever the man was whom I spoke to made it crystal clear he couldn't care less if he got my business or not. I AM HAPPY TO OBLIGE HIM. I won't ever do business here and highly recommend you don't either. There are loads of Key Shops about where I could be treated with gratitude and respect for my patronage.
Certainly Not For Me.
I phoned today for information on getting a key.

Very impolite. Wouldn't fix my key which I laid $238 to get made. Allowed that it was out of warranty I simply inquired if they could tell me what's wrong with it they refused. Old snobby man came from back and said he's busy working on a significant project and doesn't have enough time for me. Trust me they are okay when taking your money but god forbid you need help afterwards. Stay away from this small crap hole

Matt was helpful! I was researching costs. He had great advice and a cost that is very competitive. The shop is conveniently located at Crabtree mall behind Best Buy. The room is clean and bright and customer service superb. I was completed in 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

Key Harbor rocks! Made on the phone to come in for the key. After I got there she did not have the key that I needed in stock, but she said she managed to purchase it. While doing so she discovered that the fob that dealer had given me was overlooking a battery harness and she managed to repair it.
I had her purchase a key anyhow although she managed to repair the key I had been given by the trader ; it never hurts to have a spare.
They were educated and very professional and if I require a key I return to Key Harbor.
Needed to visit Key Harbor yesterday to find a key made / programmed to get a car I had been awarded a faulty key that had to be substituted by the auto.

Lizz was very helpful, she programmed the key quickly and cut. I recommend Key Harbor. They have excellent customer support and the prices are much less than the dealerships.
