After messing up the alignment on our dead bolt, and installing a pin door stop to front door, Essex came out over everything and an hour and the price was fair. They were professional and friendly and pointed out a few problems with the installation that is inherent and fixed those leaving the door considerably more powerful and secure. Thank you! Would absolutely use and recommend.

John arrived at the time we asked. He was informative and pleasant. He re-keyed three locks and mended a installed lock our back door. He's a perfectionist. Don't fall for the"cell locksmith" companies as we did before phoning Essex. We waited four hours to the"cell locksmith" to appear and finally cancelled. Save yourself the hassle and telephone Essex right. Thank you John.

This brings me to my second point, this location is sizeable for to get a locksmith store. The wall is loaded with lots of keys - for little doors large doors, safes, gates and more, so odds are if you want a copy or specialty lock you could find it . The couple times I've come here and the men are fine here which is a way to have two or a star .
The final thing which will keep me coming for my copying wants that are crucial is the price. With no issue, there is a key made for only a couple bucks and a couple moments. So it fast friendly support making needing to run an errand such as acquiring keys which much easier.
Isay that I can say that this location is great and've visited this place. I've needed to have some secrets made, which is I believe a thing most of us want, yet this place is great as they can copy uncommon keys - such as to get a padlock or a key with an odd layout of tooth. I went into my regional locksmith and he couldn't create one of the keys I was recommended by him here, possibly because my community locksmith is rather tiny and I wanted.

FAIL! Look at all of my vintage doors and mike came by to perform an estimate. 5 doors knobs and locks. He said parts could be ordered and he'd send an estimate. Never heard after seven days I called Essex and explained. They took my number and I never heard back. So unprofessional. A job I have and they can not handle it.

I called Don Cleary's company changed as I'd just moved in my new residence. The phone was answered by the owner and he would have to call me back because he was in the middle of driving. This is unfortunate for him. I took my company into Essex Security Locksmiths instead. I live right around the corner out of Don Cleary's but will take future company back to Essex Security Locksmiths out of West Orange. They answered the phone right away and were able to come to the house the following day. The gentleman who came was quick and efficient. . .not to mention, he was sure to explain I could be informed, everything he was doing. He answered all of my questions completely.

We bought a home and called a few locksmiths to re-key each of the locks. Out of 3 locksmiths, Essex Security Locksmiths had the best customer service and next day appointment. I don't remember the name and prompt. There were no surprises or hidden fees. He even helped one of those movers in transferring our pool table (that was much appreciated). If we want new locks for our home security requirements, we will be calling Essex Security Locksmiths.

This place is great! They understand how to get the job finished. They've helped me when I had been locked in my vehicle. Very wonderful staff. This means so much when you are working with a calming personality with professional people. I had keys made, that was right on the spot services. . Very convenient!! Would def. My transponder key wouldn't work in my Jeep Cherokee. I called Essex locks and talked to John. This is a person who proceeded to explain possible answers before he came out, that I could try myself. Well, his answers bore fruit and my issue was solved with all the information he provided. I would strongly recommend these men, Should you need a locksmith. Really people that are intelligent and friendly.
