. I used this company to change the locks. Because I was not living in the house, I scheduled a particular time for them to come and do the work. So I passed from the office to find out whether they could come if they had something that I 31, and to find out I was running. The locksmith seemed in no rush to get to my property and ate his own breakfast. He told me as soon as he was done he and I would meet with . He ended up getting to my home an hour and a half . So much for making a consultation.... Before he could complete my job, he then had to come back to the office and disappeared for about an hour. . .In the mean time, I grew tired of waiting and left my wife while I went and picked up something from Lowes. Murphy's Law, the man came back and completed the work before I made it back. My wife said the man is waiting for paid and is annoyed I wasn't there and phoned me up. I came back into the home and I was asked by the locksmith when I was paying with cash or check. I told him I prefer to use my charge card. At this point he got angry and said that he wouldn't have waited the 5 minutes to return and that I could have called the workplace, if he understood I paid with credit card. The glasses came off, and that I sarcastically apologized about him having to wait and thanked him for showing up an hour and a half and then disappearing for an hour... he stormed from my home. Afterwards I did receive a call from the office, ( they wanted to get paid) I complained in their tardiness and their locksmiths attitude, he cried but was more then happy to accept my credit card info and bill me the more then $200 bucks to alter 2 locks.... The story does not end there. The locks their genius changed stopped opening together with the keys they gave me. I scheduled a second appointment, they ended up cancelling on me last minute stating they were stuck doing a different job and we rescheduled.... They then ended up showing up late to the rescheduled appointment. This was my very first home purchased, and that I made the mistake of thinking a local locksmith would be more then happy to attempt to establish a relationship with a neighbor. They overcharge and have no respect for their clients schedule.
