Rick was a joy to meet and I appreciate his aid. Pop-a-Lock is highly recommended by me. . .without hesitation.
I phoned Pop-a-Lock at 8:30 a.m., actually spoke to a human being, obtained a prompt call back that somebody was dispatched, then Rick called to say he's on his way. From 9:30 a.m. my door was unlocked and repaired.

I called Pop-a-Lock on two different events. I called, talked and he said somebody would call me. Never got a call. Good thing it wasn't an emergency! The problem was the immobilizer sensor ring to the vehicle, which I fixed myself. Second period was the next week. This time I needed to have a remote programmed as the original remote was lost (Remotes are usually easy to program but Dodge remotes can not be programmed with no original remote or a programming tool). I called and talked to a girl who said she had been the dispatcher and that I would find a call back soon. Nobody ever called me . A week later I ended up going over to Batteries + in Washington in which they billed me $30 to schedule a remote from scratch. Terrific service. I'm certain either of those occupations would have cost $100 or more from Pop-a-lock. I guess this locksmith prefers to deal with people who are locked out of the cars and doesn't need to or possess the equipment to perform real car locksmithing work, and that will be what I needed. Sorry, but not getting a phone back means somebody consciously did not want to perform the work. It's hard to recommend, although I try to use local companies.

Told me 29.99 to come out and unlock my car. If he gets there, tells me total comes to 154.00 for standard popping up of lock. Guy was there 20 minutes. Beware . .bait and, change pricing because you are in a circumstance in which you are screwed.

Fast, friendly, and under $70! Great experience, would definitely recommend to a friend! The locksmith, Brian, came in 15 minutes, and was able to start the lock very quickly.
