Went there now to get my mailbox key duplicated and the staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Anytime I want a specialty is where I am going
I felt that there was little to no concern for my own requirements. Not after after leaving messages or being told that someone would call me back did I ever receive a call.
This is my very first review on yelp. I felt this was outstanding, although I don't normally complain about service.
I went to get my lock, now I've got 2 days to get a key created by someone so that I can lock my RV when I leave on holiday Thursday afternoon.
On Monday June 19 the door lock was taken by me from my RV to have a secret made to replace one I dropped. Tomorrow okay they said? I answered I would be happy to have it from the end of the week. Called on Wednesday, no secret, called on Thursday, no secret." We're hoping to get one of those techs to look at it, we'll call you back later" no call Thursday or even Friday.
If the task is insignificant or too small to concern yourself with busy staff with only I will find someone else.
