After drilling for several moments while twisting the horn, that he took a rubber mallet and a flat blade screwdriver and proceeded to conquer the lock unmercifully. He forced open. The led me when I called the company to complain. Hello! The tech will tell the same thing that he said when he charged me so much to me and nothing can get done. I will say this however, the tech said that should I go and purchase a new lock he will come and install it for me... but it would not be for free. If they were the sole locksmith in town I would not use this company.
