Everything about their customer support was amazing!
I had been surprised when I received a telephone minutes with First American Home Warranty after my service request that is online. Usually I must wait a day until I hear from anyone. You can imagine how surprised I was when they also said a technician could be at my house within 30 minutes!
It's no wonder Mr. Rekey has such high ratings and good reviews. Greg arrived shortly and was amazing!! He had four locks re-keyed in no time and was friendly and professional! It's obvious he knows his things and loves his work, all while making you feel like an old friend! I will absolutely recommend Mr. Rekey to anyone needing to get their locks rekeyed!

Excellent service costs he gave my choices to me but wasnt pushy in any way. If needed, I will call them .

These guys are a lock!
I was at a pinch, also had to receive a lock rekeyed. I phoned Mr. Rekey, and navigated through the telephone tree, and listened to the CEO of the company, Mr. Rekey himself thanking me, and how much he values my patronage. Eventually, I got a very friendly, professional and educated dispatcher who match my lock needs at that very day.
I guess if you're name is Mr. Rekey, you're born to be a locksmith!
The locksmith was on time and quick, and was outside in a few hours. The locksmith got the door open in a matter of minutes, also obtained a pair of keys going in a flash for me.
Next time I want my locks worked , I am calling these guys.

We needed a quick rekey service, also Mr Rekey was cheap and efficient. They worked quickly and came promptly. I misplaced my keys a couple of days later, and they delivered another set of keys! Can't recommend them enough

The service was great and quick. The costs were the agent that came did such a fantastic detail job and the best. My lock was broken so went to have to replace entire lock thing that was more cash, I had accepted. Well at the end he tells me he was able to do it without needing to replace, saving me cash! I thought that was fine. He left and would have taken the easy way out. E pay more but did not. They are recommended by def.

I waa today, locked from ny house and they did an amazong jon helping me. I had been told before they could get to my house, it would be 45-60 mins and he had been here in under 20 mins. I asked if I could trick him and he explained he was only doing his job so I called the business and bragged about him. If I get locked out 11, I would call them. He put a plate that is new in my door that needed to be drilled into and offered so this would never happen again to set my door opener. Hands down support that is rekey in san antonio!!

My property management company sent Mr. Rekey out to address an issue I was having using a lock. I have to say that represented the business well. He called to let me know he had been on his way. He was really polite, very professional and most helpful by giving me some security pointers. I am really sick of the rude, incompetent"sellers" a number of these management businesses use. They've an attitude that they're doing you a favor. They're currently supplying a service and they did a fantastic job!

No show called and Establish an appointment for 11 to 1300 it's currently 1738 and they told me no one replied I was home all day they did not come by at all I'd never rely on them and they stopped by.

These guys were great. Because it'd been glued our lock had problems. They didn't raise their price, Though they worked for 4 or more hours. They had to get help from extra technicians. They were wonderful.
