In response to this proprietor, showing customer support that is second-rate a part of why online review services, for example Yelp, are invaluable. I assume being held accountable is unpleasant and new .
Extremely rude. I guess this company won't be. Called in to ask about a pivot hinge. I asked if they had it in stock and if I could come have a peek - I require a lot of these for a program. Over the phone, the guy demanded I buy it until looking at it since he"did not have time" for someone who wants to look. Guess Ibuy and'll look somewhere else.

The owners are So Rude and disrespectful to customers and their colleagues, it's shocking I won't ever bring them business ! Without us there will not be you, don't forget that!

Close quarters. The helper likes to touch girls. When I stepped back & asked him to stop, he grabbed my breast. The owner saud it had been an accident - like it had been nothing.

I came by on Friday and they were open minded and kind to trouble with my lock.

Paid $25 per crucial for 4 keys and had cash in my boss. I had my CC to cover the remainder because we did not expect it to be pricey. First of all, the man who cut the secrets (Will) started getting worked up since I just had $100 in cash and god forbid they divide the trade. Then the head man came over and said"what's the problem? . . .not you Will (apparently I had been a problem before even finding out exactly what the problem was), so I just said, I'd love to put the tax on a the CC card please. Then he begins to freak out about the way he has charged 3.25percent to run a card. I get that, money isn't actually a problem in this trade, therefore that I say, nice, add 3.25percent on into the card to cover that. We can not do that he yells as it all goes to the state. Ok fine, put the total amount on the AMEX card afterward, forget the cash....can't seem to do that either. Um... wait. . .no one told me that is not great enough to warrant using a card although I would have brought it all in cash, and I've made a purchase or you are apparently a cash. He and I had words, as you can imagine and that he finally took $105 in cash. The area is a storage with room to breathe, therefore that I will not set foot in there again.

This shop was beneficial. Everyone was friendly and personable. At had a bent key problem, so that it took a couple of tries to make copies that worked -- they just charged and left the attempts! They were even willing to reimburse if they couldn't replicate the original. The last copies operate and it was nice understanding throughout the procedure they work under warranty.

A hardware shop in midtown recommended I visit AAA Architectural Hardware and I am happy I did. Opening that safe I got for $10 on Amazon was not easy, as it happens. But the team there was super cool. Before they finally managed to start it every worker in the shop gave it a try. They were all friendly. Also, I know nothing about locksmith things, but they all seem enthused about it. And the young woman who works there was super nice. They billed me $35, which I thought was fair as they spent a full hour on my own protected. Thank you!

It is a tight space with all the boxes that are random, but it doesn't really impact their job or you since you wait.

I gave them key to create two copies of, and they made one backup that worked. I gave the backup that didn't work to my friends who visited, they ended up while I finished my investment banking to get in, waiting for ages at my apartment door. Once they had traveled all the way to come live with me. . .very unfortunate experience, I did not replicate my key, and all because some guy at this place felt so bad and needed to be extremely apologetic.

This is the locksmith in town. I had been in a rush and they came in and saved the day. Extremely grateful since they went over and beyond to help me!

Right to the stage locksmith company. Friendly customer support, cut on my keys . They have decorative keys if you would like something different. Clerk suggest I bring back the keys if they weren't cut. Community place in Midtown.

Old college locksmith, excellent service (I had been greeted and assisted immediately, keys were created less than five minutes afterwards ), extremely knowledgeable people, and well priced ($1.75/copy for regular old keys). Wish I found these guys!

Copied my keys here in a few minutes. Not your locksmith and they look knowledgeable, they also do a lot of work for the local industry.

I had been told I went into see if I could get my key they make copies of keys. No luck!!!

The best locksmith I have had the pleasure of working with. I really don't know what John M is talking about, because has been superb. I contacted them two for a crisis lock problem in my office, they had been at my door within an hour or two, that is amazing even for New York City (on a Jewish Holiday( no less). As good as it gets for a They'll be!

If you would like to receive your keys, don't come here created. The service is fine but they charged me. Now I'm no specialist on getting secrets as they ripped me off, but I just feel. You may most likely find much cheaper options elsewhere.
