This company responded quickly to my request... Gave me a quotation that contained the cost of the call to my home plus opening the lock into my utilities room.
Quite interesting.
All the while he explained to me exactly what he do and the lock is chosen.

They seem incompetent in the administrative level.
I bought a home and set up a visit 3 times in advance and add a combo lock into a backdoor. I exchanged texts with the dispatch and was really clear about what we affirmed the morning of this service, and needed.
So what happens? They show up with a guy who speaks no English and believes he's there to get a lockout. He had no hardware for the re-keying or including the lock. And then attempts to charge for the visit by asking for a credit card.

I phoned DMV to schedule a rekey of my lockset. They said they'd be there between 4 and 3 daily. Four went and came with no call. So I would be there in an hour and called they were postponed. 5:30 went and came - so I called again to ask if they came. "The occupation is taking longer than planned" so that they could come after that. But because that could be too late, I was told to which I said that would be fine so long as they had been on time -- they'd have me first on the list for the next day and might 8:00 be fine. I said I did not wish to be hanging round precisely the same manner I had on Thursday.
Friday morning - 8:00. No DMV. No phone call (are you surprised?) . 9:00 I called and cancelled my "appointment".
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER "SERVICE".

They sent someone right away! Reasonably priced very professional, and did an superb job shifting our locks after the renters moved out. Would use them again!

After a really bad experience with a different local locksmith (feel free to inquire that!) , DMV Locksmith Services responded immediately when I knew their stuff more than enough to fix the mess that the company left behind, showed up over the hour, called, and did a really excellent job. They're kind, friendly, knowledgeable and super useful. Seriously great customer service. And the price was appropriate in line. I would absolutely hire them again, and recommend them. I don't write reviews unless I really pleased or something went horribly wrong. This company has really earned my trust and my business. Do not be afraid to offer them a call, you'll be glad you did!
We had a late day closing for our home, and when we reached out to determine if we can schedule an appointment to have our locks re-keyed following closing, the owner responded he could be out into our new home the same day to help us secure our new house. Needless to say, we did not arrive until 6:30 pm to the house! This wasn't a issue, and the owner who took a fantastic amount of time to examine our locks and discuss choices together greeted us. After discussing choices and numbers we chose to replace our locks all with a higher quality system. He hurried to his office to assemble the locks we gathered and came back to complete the work; that night finishing the task at 11pm. At the conclusion of the work, he asked me to look over everything to make sure that I was satisfied. I noted that one deadbolt was somewhat tough to turn into the position. Our door that was hung off-plumb with a hair, although he took a look at the door and showed me it wasn't the lock. In a matter of minutes he had it fixed, as if by magic!

DMV Locksmith really saved us. It was for their front door. I received and called here first excellent and honest advice on how to repair my brand new lock. The solutions that are most easy just wouldn't work for our scenario. This gentlemen, not just fixed our lock and he went out of his way to meet us, but also taught me the way to repair it if I should need to do it later on.

We known as DMV Locksmith and just locked ourselves out of our house. It took about 20 minutes for him to get us back within our home once he got to us (took an hour and 15 minutes or so) and price us $210 to unlock the deadbolt and doorknob lock (using a discount). He was amazing because he showed us exactly what to do next time so that we wouldn't need to call again. We would definitely use them again. In general, the experience was smooth and we have no complaints.

Sean came out quickly afternoon and had us in the house in under one hour he was phoned by me. He was really friendly and capable and answered.
