As a small business owner (Auto Collision Shop) I Care about my customers a great deal, in term of customer support and quality repairs, so when I first meet Mr Zion ( over six years back ) I was very happy to find a person how cares about his customers at least as much as I do, He come on time and that I could see that he was quite knowledgeable and the pricing was very fair I was very happy with him and have utilized his service ever since, I more then recommend him to all my family and friends.
I phoned Zion if my car would not be started by my car key. He managed to fix everything for me, not cheap. He ordered me a remote key that I paid $500 for. After I got it, it broke very soon, Zion did come to replace it, but having an attitude like I had done something wrong. The key broke again and this time I had to call him to get him to come out. He told me he would not fix the key and again had been accusatory basically telling me that his secrets never break and that I must be doing something. Untrue I use the key to start my car. He made me very uneasy I would not recommend him.
Zion was really beneficial. He came out to a cold January night and helped me get out of which I had locked myself go so far to help with my alarm which would not stop beeping.
