I attempted created. Eventually a lady at Rockville Key indicated Liberty Lock. Paul at Liberty had my keys created under 5 minutes and they worked great! Highly recommend this business. Fantastic service and great people.

I had just purchased this home along with the deadbolt and plate were off. He was able to repair it and it was much better than previously.
I will call them with locks in the home in the future for help.
I called them earlier today and they were able to come out over hours (there was no emergency). The technician called me when he was on the road and was on time. He was friendly and helped me to make the best choice that match my requirements.
The technology was neat in appearance, professional, and friendly. I liked that he had all of of the tools on hand and had his permit card visible.

Key that is super store here. I drove out here through my lunch hour based on the Yelp reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Walked in on a Wednesday at noon and requested for two replicate keys. They were made on the spot and I made three minutes later, just $11 short. And the keys work good! So far better than the duplicates that require 5 minute of jiggling until they as well as the Lowe's replicate open the door. Liberty is a locksmith - highly suggested.

I advised the woman I talked to on the telephone the locksmith might often encounter additional problems however and I understand things come up, a courtesy call would have been nice and useful to handle customers' expectations.
I think that customer service with this company is currently lacking. I had been and phoned at to schedule an appointment to get a locksmith to unlock my door supply the window of 10 - 12 pm. 1 minute rolls around and the locksmith still hasn't shown up. I called their office and was informed that I had been"next" on the listing and the window of time is simply an estimate.

This place is awesome. Every time that I need speciality keys copied, I encounter here. I got tired of wasting time going to Home Depot just for them to tell me my keys can't be replicated. One matter Home Depot did though, was referred me. They were able to copy my flat and operate office door key literally. They sell some diesel looking safes too. If I need to buy one or had been in the business, I'd buy it her. Together with the safes, they've sports lanyards and other accessories. Pretty cool.

On-line, there are plenty of fretting about how hard it's to find this specific lock and I called 7 locksmiths around DC all stated no they cannot install the lock. Eventually Paul referred me to Liberty and in Michelle and Pop-a-lock in Rockville Lock and Safe took the time to Check out the lock.
I recommend Liberty Lock. Today, michael came to install a Samsung lock me and the whole process went like a breeze.
I spoke to Daniel about the telephone first he requested me to send him pictures of my present lock, details about the new lock and stated if anyone can do it it would be Liberty. He was right!
I am happy with the setup Michael and Daniel are professional and incredibly kind. I will for sure employ them again and highly recommend Liberty.

After spending the better part of an afternoon going from hardware store (Home Depot) to hardware store (Sears) to replicate a key and failing, Liberty Lock was FINALLY able to replicate my seemingly very old/out of fashion key in about two minutes while being unbelievably friendly, regardless of the shop being packed during final time.
Unlike what I have read about DMV locksmiths, I didn't have to return to get the key fixed, when it was copied as it was perfect and fit! Go here and spare yourself stress and time!

Our home is 90 years old with gorgeous original wooden doors. Regrettably, it had the outdated locks, which were not effective or protected. Although we were quite concerned about damaging the character of the home, we hired Liberty to install fresh deadbolt locks. Darryl was great to work with. He predicted in advance to confirm times, located so that they look nearly original large quality hardware that perfectly matches with the hardware, and installed . The locks work superbly. This firm is highly recommended by me.

I've been over the previous five years around Liberty Lock & Security five occasions. Their staff provides expertise and exemplary customer service in their craft. I've had a bunch of other family locksmith needs, Ford chipped keys programmed, and car keys made from a glimpse at a key that is deformed. I believe their pricing to provide a good value.

I came here because I was running an errand for my mother. With error as normal, although We'd gone to copy our house keys. Finally, we decided to try out a locksmith. My buddy and I was greeted immediately by Joe, that was happy to help us with our secrets. We'd talk that is wonderful and he gave me a discount on each key since we bought a lot of! On top of this, he gave me free key because of a promotion they had going on their site! It was worthwhile, although it was what we would usually cover. Our secrets work!

There is absolutely no such thing as a inexpensive locksmith but Liberty Locks is helpful, honest and reasonable. I moved into Liberty Locks after using the affordable locks in Home Depot that maintained on wearing out after a year because the lock was subjected to rain and they got me the lock that I had another issue and never had. I've been back several times for my keys and they even got me back into my car after I locked the keys. These men are super nice, reasonable reliable and priced.

It pays to make a couple of telephone calls.... We needed to get two doorways re-keyed. I was quoted costs from almost $900.00 to less than $300.00. Liberty did the work and was on and considerate time. Michael our locksmith has been great, I'll continue to utilize Liberty for all of my company's locksmith needs.

Wonderful location and great support! They don't just understand how to utilize automobiles but give great advice and are fair. They don't attempt to rip off you and make sure that your keys work. You should definitely go here. Need better service than attempting to get keys created at Lowe's or Home Depot. It is well worth the price.
