Don't bother. I am worse off than when I never dealt with these individuals. I called to get a spare key. Technician came hours said, messed around for a while, couldn't secure fob to work and finally gave up. But now my present one works, and UTS will not do anything. Refused to get either the new or current tech to come back and fix what they screwed upwithout getting a new key made, and just when I said I'd have to charge them hung up.
These folks are deceptive. They informed me it was $29.99 for a service call and labor. After the employee arrived half an hour late he had been in an unmarked van. He then required $200 to unlock the car which took him three minutes. If they'd told me it was a flat fee of $200 I'd have called another Provider
I was already in a compromised case of being overdue when he arrived, he said he needed to bill $195! I tried arguing and calling back the center to get a breakdown of this price and they called me back to the locksmith, stating he's a professional. The locksmith was in the position to predict the price with no standard nor explanation, but his"professional judgment".
The locksmith wants to say he's so or 15 minutes off. He ends up taking over 40 minutes to arrive, after I said I was running late to a meeting and my motor was on.
I would give 0 stars if possible. The representative on the phone was polite enough to reel you in and offer a deceptive figure of a $25 (or so) service fee plus a minimal cost of $29 for locksmith services for your vehicle.
THEY GIVE MISLEADING INFO ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEY DO NOT ASSIST YOU NEARLY AND PROMPTLY SCAM YOU BY.
I tried calling the location back the following day, and I am not sure if it is a glitch in the machine, but I was hung up on by the representatives. I predicted probably over 5 occasions where this happened. I'm fed up. The customer service representative the manager moved me to hung me up. The sole representative who's cordial and helpful is Alex. He appears to be the most realistic and should run the place, if he's not already.
I agree with the previous reviews. Overcharged and took much longer than it should have! We had been stuck on a icy and the man on the phone said 15 minutes along with a minimum of 25. Given the lock was a door lock, not a deadbolt, '' said ok. It was 45 minutes til the guy came (in an unmarked van with a different buddy in the van). He was nice enough but said it'd cost $185 to get a lock he obtained in a matter of minutes. That's deceptive. If a normal lock is $185 the man on the phone should come clean.
